• Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project - The Sea Turtle Farm and Hatchery is a non-profit organization dedicated to the survival of sea turtles for future generations. Located in Habaraduwa near a beautiful beach, just 5 meters from the Galle-Matara main road, the center was established in 1986 and has released over 500,000 sea turtles into the ocean.

After being collected from the hotel, embark on the Madu Ganga Mangrove boat safari to explore the Madu River. Discover the surrounding mangrove forests and marshlands. Visit a cinnamon garden and sample some of the region’s renowned cinnamon. The Madu Ganga River area is known for producing some of the finest cinnamon globally and boasts a thriving cinnamon industry. Then, admire the fishermen who patiently perch on large branches planted in the water, awaiting their catch.

Proceed to a local Turtle Hatchery, where the guide will introduce various local turtle species. Conclude the tour with a visit to the Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This fort showcases the unique blend of European architecture and South Asian traditions from the 16th to the 19th centuries. After exploring the fort, return to the hotel in Negombo.
