Great Sri Lanakan Tour - We took Lanka Safe Tours' 8 Day Classic tour of Sri Lanka and it was very good. The highlights not to be missed are: Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya Rock Fortress, Dambulla Cave Temple, Temple of the Tooth Relic, Nine Arches Bridge, and Galle Fort. Our driver and guide was Thasa--he was excellent. He provided just the right amount of information at each destination. And his driving skills were fantastic. The driving customs in Sri Lanka are very different from the West with defensive driving being the key. Thasa was always extremely cautious, ensuring a safe ride. On more than one occasion I told Thasa I was glad he was driving and not me. And when there was a last minute change to our departure he made some quick adjustments to our itinerary and then went above and beyond spending an additional half-day with us to ensure a successful trip. Would recommend Lanka Safe Tours and Thasa for any Sri Lankan tour.

A fabulous week in Sri Lanka! - Milan was a fabulous driver/guide. Very helpful and attentive to our needs, and looked after us very well. I would highly recommend using Lanka Safe Tours for trips within Sri Lanka. We were a group of 3, and had our own a/c van to get around. It was a fabulous trip to SL!!

Sri Lanka tour - Kavishan is a great tour guide. He is very proactive, punctual and professional. Not only that, he is attentive my my needs as an older lady. He made sure I was safe when I was hiking and helped me with my luggages. Not only that, he got us front row seats to watch a cultural show which I enjoyed very much. I would like to recommend him to anyone!

Wonderful time visiting mystical Sri lanka - Kavishan is a great host and I am glad to have him guide my mum and I throughout Sri Lanka. He is knowledgeable shared with us many fun facts about Sri Lanka. I thoroughly enjoyed the ancient stories about Ramayana and learning about king Ravana. I would definitely recommend my friends to come to Sri Lanka and have kavishan as a guide.

Excellent job Lanka Safe Tours & Kavishan! - This was my wife's and my first time to Sri Lanka and were a bit anxious about how the tour would go. Now after completing the tour, if I could give a 7 star rating instead of 5 I definitely would. Kavishan (Kavi) our guide arrived on time in an immaculately clean late model Toyota Hiace that was just perfect for our tour. Kavishan turned out to be such a great asset not only to Lanka Safe Tours but also to tourism in Sri Lanka generally . He was always punctual, friendly and polite and is a very skilled and safe driver. But the best part was the amazing way he helped us navigate the incredibly rich tapestry of Sri Lanka's culture, customs, cuisine, religions, history and ancient architecture. His depth and breadth of knowledge seems boundless and truly made our tour a most memorable and unforgettable experience. With his vast experience, patience and professionalism; we could totally relax and truly enjoy our Lanka Safe tour in comfort and safety. No problem could not be solved by 'Mr Magic' Kavishan. Top tip - take any suggestions he makes as he is truly passionate about ensuring his clients get the very best experience and value for their time spent in beautiful, magical Sri Lanka. A great experience in a beautiful country - We had an amazing experience on our family trip to Sri Lanka. The sites we visited gave us a perfect and well rounded experience of the history of the country and the various regions. The people were very friendly, the tea and food experiences were delicious. Special mention needs to be made of our guide SUPUN! He was very patient, kind, friendly and attentive with all of us. His utmost goal was clearly to make sure we all had a rich and fulfilling experience on this tour.

Excellent - We had an excellent 8 days with Aruna driving is around the island. Aruna is a safe driver, a gentle soul and someone who finds common language with all the people he meets along the way to facilitate the travel.

Great family experience - We have just finished a fantastic 7 days tour in Sri Lanka and were very pleased! Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail – from hotels to excursions, to transfers between stages. But the real highlight of the trip was Kavishan, our guide and driver. Friendly, always smiling and helpful, he made every day special, providing us with lots of information about culture, nature and local traditions. Thanks to him the trip was relaxed, fun and full of unforgettable moments!

Resilience and Srength. - We were in Sri Lanka for the severe weather event that bought so much devastation to this beautiful country. Our Guide and driver Kavistan (Kavi) was exceptional getting us to safety. His driving skills were exceptional, his knowledge of some of the sights we had seen along with his knowledge of the history of the Country. He made the best choices for our safety, all the while sharing his grief of the loss of his Family Home due to a landslide. Thankfully his parents got to safety. We hugged him every day. Lanka Safe Tours should be proud of this man. We will never forget his kindness and strength. We will come back.
