Fabulous 5 stars all the way :-) - Just back home after a fabulous time in Sri Lanka. Right from first contact we knew we were in good hands with Merganser, Henry Lionel was super efficient helping us plan our itinerary. We were met at the airport by our friendly and professional driver, Lal, a true gentleman who made sure we got the most out of the next 16 days together, he looked after us every step. Lal and Merganser were also flexible enough to add in a trek up Adam's Peak for two of our party at short notice and every day we felt able to make small requests depending on our energy, hunger, mood etc. This is very different to prior reports we heard of other drivers in Sri Lanka who force tourists into commission-based shopping experiences etc. and allow little flexibility. The van was cool, comfortable and the onboard wifi was a real bonus. Merganser sourced our train tickets for us in advance, felt so lucky to skip the long queues at the stations. We were very fortunate indeed to travel with Merganser and Lal, super memories for a lifetime, a well deserved 5 stars :-)

11/10 tour with Niro at Merganser Holidays - Niro our guide was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, he was so caring & such a font of knowledge about everything to do with Sri Lanka. He answered all our questions thoroughly & made our holiday way better & more memorable than we thought it could be due to his enthusiasm & passion. Perfect vacation - Hello, we visited Sri Lanka for 14 days. Henry who was also our tour guide, helped us figure out the perfect plan to present to us the nature of living, cuisine and visit landmarks that you don't want to miss when visiting Sri Lanka. He was good company, punctuality and adaptability were the things that stood out to me. I highly recommend!

Unforgetable trip - We are really happy for choosing Merganser Holidays for our honeymoon trip. The country comes across with a difficult situation about petrol, but they did managed to complete all the programme and Henry was always taking care about us and our needs. We do appreciate a lot such a big effort and will never forget for sure. Also his experience driving and comfortable car were incredible, as the superb hotel collection they chose for us, staying at stunning and very special places. Overall, we have visited the country for 14 days, time that we think is very well balanced to see many different places of the country, without getting tired of transportation and having some time to relax at the evening. We really recommend the country because of the kindness of its people, endless nature and incredible hotels. It is a must visiting not such famous places, as Horton Plains NP and Nuwara Eliyah tee plantations.

A holiday of a lifetime - It is impossible to isolate any one experience as our favourite. It was outstanding from start to finish. All the activities engaged us. The hotels were superb. The customer service from Merganser was faultless and our driver, Lall, was the kindest most thoughtful of men with lots of local knowledge and high level driving skills. An amazing holiday in the wonderful country of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
