We will cook together the fresh an organic ingredients I buy from my trusted suppliers and you will eat the things you have cooked. Furthermore, during the experience I will also explain some theoretical topics on flour and cooking and I will tell the origin of the recipes on a historical level. For those who wish, it is also possible to carry out an educational activity at the agritourism with which I collaborate or an activity dedicated exclusively to wheat and bread.

A Must do In Siena - Marta was an amazing host and such a kind welcoming person, she is a fantastic teacher/chef and made our experience unforgettable. A 5-star experience not to be missed. - Absolutely 5-star. Marta picked us up nearby and dropped us off afterward. We spent 4 hours together and she showed us a lot about cooking using simple ideas and concepts that helped us understand how to cook using our senses and not a strict recipe. She is a most wonderful, generous person who opened her heart and her home to us; it was like spending 4 hours with a longtime friend enjoying great food (which we made almost from scratch ourselves) and great conversation while we learned cooking the way my wife’s nonna taught her how to cook. Can’t say enough great things about Marta and her class….don’t miss it!

A trip highlight! - Great time! Great chef! Great meal! So much fun. Loved it. A true taste of Tuscany. 100% recommend. Would do again. Marta was so nice. We feel like we’ve made a new friend.

Unforgettable!! - Nana was so kind and welcoming. I very much appreciated her instruction and information as we learned how to make several different dishes. They were so good so we ate well!!

If you are looking for an... - If you are looking for an authentic, personal, intimate, well informed, and easy going cooking class, THIS IS THE ONE to take!!! We had so much fun and laughed the whole time. Marta is an excellent instructor and gives positive feedback. She is so personable and truely loves what she does. First off, me and my friend tried to get a taxi to drive us to her place but none were available even though we went to a few taxi stops. Marta went out of her way to pick us up in the city center where there is limited driving roads( only taxis and residents allowed). The cooking class took place in Marta's home. It is a beautiful scenic home with a backyard overlooking the Tuscan hills. We had made 3 dishes.... Tiramisu, spinach and ricotta ravioli and a tagliatelle with fresh tomato sauce. She took us though the steps of each dish, guiding and encouraging us with the correct techniques for pasta making. She really believes that learning to cook hands on is the best way to learn so you 'feel' the proper texture of the food in certain steps. She is also passionate to teach us the history of the dishes. We sat in the backyard to enjoy our newly learned recipes, bruschetta and sampled fresh figs from her tree, freshly picked by her husband. I can't express how much we enjoyed this class and I highly recommend it. Grazie Millie Marta! ♥️♥️♥️

The experience was... - The experience was wonderful! Marta was everything you would hope for in a host - she was kind, patient, understanding, funny, and so knowledgeable. She took her time to clearly explain everything and allowed the kids to be involved with cooking. Not only did she teach us to cook some traditional Tuscan dishes but she helped us with our Italian and taught us some of the history and culture of the region. Anyone who books this class with Marta will have such a great time. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It has been the highlight of our trip.

A Cooking Class You Don't Want to Miss - Marta's Cooking Class is an experience you will never regret! From the moment we met her until the time we said "ciao" was an amazing experience. Marta was hands on, personable, friendly, and very encouraging. She took her time to explain the recipes, the process, and what the importance was of each ingredient. In the end we made a delicious spinach and ricotta ravioli, and a delicious tiramisu for dessert.
Our experience was a 10+/10!! Thank you Marta for an awesome day!
