• Heumarkt - Gain some insights into the most famous square and its surroundings!
• Bierhaus en d’r Salzgass - The final stop of the evening, where the last Kölsch of the night (or the first of many at the last brewery) will be enjoyed. After tasting the Päffgen Kölsch, favorites will be chosen, and the story of the beer folk hero who watches over the bar will be shared.
• Brauhaus Sünner im Walfisch - At the second stop of the evening, there will be an opportunity to taste what many consider the oldest Kölsch in Cologne. Learn about the meticulous brewing process, the regulations it adheres to, and the ongoing debate about who is permitted to brew a Kölsch.
• Alter Markt - A visit to Cologne’s Old Town would be incomplete without exploring its quirky and fascinating history. Anecdotes about Cologne’s past will be shared to provide a deeper understanding of the city’s character.
• Gross St. Martin - A brief exploration of one of the most significant churches in Cologne’s skyline.
• Peters Brauhaus - At Peters Brauhaus, discover the arch-rival in brewing tradition, learn about the guardians of the beer and their distinctive perspectives, and sample the second included Kölsch of the evening.
• FRÜH am Dom, die FRÜH Lounge - Understanding where to drink and the cost is crucial to appreciating Kölsch. Experience the largest brewery in Cologne’s Altstadt, with the opportunity to sample a Kölsch.
