It was an amazing experience! I enjoyed every bit of it! From the history of Toppers Rhum to tasting a wide range of Rhums they offer. They paid attention to my allergies which made it easier for me to know what I can drink/eat. At the end of the tour I was definitely a little tipsy, me and my partner loool. She had a great birthday experience here! Would recommend 1000%!

Tour was informative and fun

Fun tour. Lots of samples. Tour guide Cristina was very interactive. Would have liked to see the actual still and the process of making the rum.

It seems Topper’s is not distillery. No distillation process was shown. It is an establishment which makes flavored Rum from market purchased cheap rum. They are making quick money giving samples of cheap flavored vodka. Even some good cocktails would have helped. It is such a waste of time for serious rum drinkers. You can use use $35 for a good rum bottle than spending here.

The tour was fantastic! We loved all the flavors and getting to try the various rhums. After the tour, we went to the restaurant to try of more of what they had to offer while others in our group were checking out to try to avoid too much congestion in one area. We sat down, ordered waters, and drinks then waited....then continued to wait. The rest of the our tour group for the dstillery sat at the bar, were served drinks and had to go food. They left. We continued to wait. After 45m we decided to check out. The bartender was not even making our drinks at this time. The response of our waitress when we asked for our check was " I didn't know you were in a hurry." We weren't in a hurry but you served another group who came in after us, before us, and we waited 45m for water. Our drinks weren't being made. We hadn't placed our foods orders. We had planned to buy a lot of rhum to ship home but ended up just leaving. If the restaurant had been on par with the distillery tour then our day would have been fantastic.

This was really unorganized . It was extremely hot in the main lobby and one of the rooms where we cooked the chicken . Our tour started 20-25 minutes late . I will not be back . I ended up leaving the class early . Only thing I liked was the souvenirs
