Girl, just do it! - The service was amazing! The guys are funny and keep you entertained during the shoot. Do not walk the beach if you are not use to the heat. Take a $6 cab to Jack Shack, go towards the beach, and walk left until you see their canopy along the back.

Great Experience! - I had an awesome experience with my photoshoot. The water was beautiful and the 2 gentlemen that assisted the photoshoot were very polite and helpful. I loved the way my pictures turned out.

Amazing - It was really fun. They made you feel really comfortable who gave you poses and you got to take anThey made you feel really comfortable gave you poses and you got to take a whole bunch of pictures for a great price. Our tour guy was super cool and really nice. He gave us a whole tour.

Scam - The vendor did not show up, but sent a bogus message 30 mins before event to change location. Thats how they convince Viator that they showed up

What a mess - Waiting over 3hrs to take pictures - when I got there at 9am the staff was unprepared -their equipment to take the photos wasn’t charged, drone wasn’t working - I understand with technology things like this can happen… but why not have back up like another drone for situations like this. We were on a cruise -took up most of our time.. we weren’t able to enjoy the rest of the little time we had there. I blame the owner of this company they should provide back up equipment for their staff-apart from that the staff was nice.

Don’t get scammed!! - I pre booked a 9am shoot, the employees were not set up, until almost 10am. They took people before me that paid cash, even though I booked online. I waited until noon. The drone stopped working for the one of the ladies in front of me that paid cash and they refunded her on the spot, and told me to call customer service. I ask if they have another drone, to use, they said no. After waiting an hour, nothing being done, I had to leave due to being on a cruise ship time restraint. Now days later, they are refusing to give me my refund because I signed in at 9 am, and left at 12 because they still had 5 girls in front of me and my ship leaves at 4:30. Stay away!!!! Book when you get to the island, and don’t pay until services are rendered or you’ll get scammed like I did! I attached the pictures of all the people waiting, time stamped and I have proof of when the drone started working again!!

Don’t book ahead, wait until you get there - Booked at 930am, my family booked at 8. The guys weren’t ready until almost 10am. The time you picked didn’t matter because there was no order as to who went next. Then the drone stopped working and they couldn’t give me a refund. I wasted 3 hours waiting over there. They did give us drinks and purchased a beach chair rental, they were nice but they need a back up drone for when one isn’t working

The vendor was not... - The vendor was not prepared and did not communicate with me. I had to use another bender last minute due to time constraint. I did see pictures of other people and the water was beautiful.
