Best private tour ever! - Fantastic tour guide! Pepe was so knowledgable - a real expert in the field. So much to see at these great destinations. Our driver Jesus took great care of us in the road and kept the van cool and stocked with water.

Great knowledgeable guides - Our guide Edwin was the best. Very, very knowledgeable person about the culture, and both sites. Gave us time to do what we wanted and needed to do as well. He knew the best way to beat the crowds moving around the parks . Our driver Jesus was awsome, dodging potholes and maneuvering around traffic. They were both very professional and personable, it made for a wonderful time for my family would definitely book for another tour with Edwin.

Worth Every Peso....Safety, Knowledge, and Experience - Traveling during COVID can be worrisome...especially for an expecting mother! During our Babymoon to Riviera Maya, we booked a private tour with PePe and Jose, and were so pleased with our experience. We felt safe, they were extremely knowledgeable, and super passionate about the rich history of the sites we toured. You will be in good hands with them! I would recommend the company to a friend, and if we return would book through them again.

Would rebook - Pepe was easy to communicate with via email and payment was via PayPal. Our tour was with conducted by a contractor of the company, Miguel. The sedan-type car was comfortable for 3 people. Miguel was punctual for our 7:30am pick up. He spoke excellent English. We drove to Tulum ruins where we spent about 1.5 hours. There are 2 tickets to pay to 2 different authorities - $84.45 AUD for 2 people. We were offered to have lunch at Tulum or Coba and opted for a traditional restaurant at the Tulum ruins. Miguel expected us to pay for his lunch which was slightly uncomfortable. We then drove to Coba ruins and spent about 1.5 hours there. The entry was 100 pesos per person (cash required - we changed USD at Tulum ruins) and we hired bikes inside the grounds for approximately 150 pesos each. Following the Coba ruins, we drove to Cenote Tankack-Ha. Entry was covered by the tour company. There were life jackets available but not mandatory. There’s a 5m jumping platform. We spent about 30 minutes. It’s not open air and there’s bats but the water was nice. We then drove back and arrived back around 6pm. Overall Miguel was knowledgable (but somewhat more superficial that what has been described in other reviews) and accommodating. We had a lovely day out and would recommend this company for a safe and accommodating tour.
