A nice way to unwind in the city - This was a good "escape" while still being in the city. The pools were nice and offered some options I had not seen at other hot springs in the past, such as aromatherapy and Chinese medicine infused water, plus fish treatment pools for your feet. Some elements of the facility didn't work (the ice and dry steam rooms, plus the jade and mineral sand areas). I don't know if that may just be due to the time of year and they were not turned on yet...Andy led the overall "tour," but Erica was onsite/on call with me if I needed anything at the hot springs (it was good to have a female contact). The lunch and massage were actually at a different location- Golden Impression. I was the only one on the tour so I had a room to myself (there were three chairs). Andy and others kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. There was a huge tv where I could have turned on a movie, but I opted to read while waiting (there was music). Lunch was served in the treatment room- it was a lot of food! I only ordered a few things, which Andy said "was not enough," so he sent more for me. I tried some things I had not eaten during my trip yet. It was all very good! After eating, the massage therapist came in to do the treatment. It was very nice and relaxing. Chinese full body massage is different than massages you usually receive in Western facilities- it's not just laying on your stomach while they do your back- but I knew what to expect. I felt very relaxed when I was dropped back off at my hotel.

Fantastic experience - This was our last day in Chongqing, and it was absolutely perfect. Andy and his team were full of energy, enthusiasm, and kindness. Both of my parents enjoyed the experience and appreciated Andy's attentive care. This was also the best natural hot spring and massage they had ever experienced. Our meals were also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, snacks, drinks, desserts, and fruits on the menu. We were very full. When it was time to leave at the end of the trip, my parents gave Andy a hug and told him to let us know if he ever came to Los Angeles.

Most relaxing day! - This tour was simply fantastic. Both the activities and the tour guide far exceeded our expectations. Andy is a very attentive guide who gave amazing service.
We were concerned about fitting this tour on the same day we went aboard a Yangtze River cruise. Andy reached out to me immediately and reassured me that the schedule would work. Andy gave us clear information on what to bring (swimsuits). He also asked if we wanted both couples in a single room or on two private rooms for our massages
When we arrived at the hot springs Andy explained everything we needed to know to change and then guided us to the hot spring pools. They were much nicer than I had expected. They are in a resort with beautiful landscaping and architecture. The vibe was very tranquil and relaxing. When Andy found out we don't drink coffee or tea he disappeared for a few minutes and returned with chilled cans of Coke for all of us!
The transit to the lunch and massage was quick. Andy had pre-ordered several of his favorite dishes to help us stay on schedule. Andy also had a big surprise for us. One member of our party was celebrating his 60th birthday. Andy produced a birthday cake, candles, a lighter, and a birthday crown for the birthday boy! The cake was amazing.
Our massages were sooooo relaxing. All four of us enjoyed them. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable, and the staff are very good!
After our day of relaxing, Andy sent the driver to take us to the pier for our cruise via the hotel where we collected our baggage. He even called our cruise ship to ensure we would arrive before it departed.
I would 100 percent recommend this tour, and I hope I get to do it again! If you're looking for a nice day of relaxation, look no further!

Great Experience! - What a wonderful day. The driver picked us up promptly on time at our hotel, and Andy and Erika met us at the Spa. The Spa was so relaxing and all the pools were enjoyable, the Rose was my favorite, how cool. Also the fish one was unique and fun. We had as long as we wanted to enjoy the different pools, and Andy was so attentive and helped with any request we had. The tea was very good as well. It was a quiet time of year to visit so every pool we were the only ones in it. After we had a great lunch and got to taste so many different local foods. Then the massage, which was excellent and needed after much walking around Chongqing. Andy never rushed us, and was so friendly and kind. A great way to spend our last full day in the city. Highly recommended!

Relaxation and serenity - The whole day was just what I needed at this time of my holiday. The hot baths were lovely. It wasn't busy which made it even more enjoyable.
This massage was the best that I've ever had. There was a lot of pressure point work and I felt so relaxed afterwards.
The guide and driver were fabulous. Very professional and taking care of all your needs.

This is a perfect trip, very enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing, - This is a perfect trip, very enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing, with the best hot springs in Chongqing, unlimited delicious food, and what I think is the best massage I have experienced in more than ten countries. Hot springs are like a paradise on earth, with good air, comfortable environment, dinosaur fossils, peacocks, and precious ancient trees. There are over 30 different pools in the hot spring, including rose pool, osmanthus pool, fish therapy pool, etc. Each pool has a thermometer to display the temperature. The natural hot springs helped me relax from my fatigue during this trip to China. The most interesting thing is the fish therapy pool, you must experience it. Massage is performed in a luxurious private room with a TV and comfortable electric controlled bed. The massage staff are very polite and professional, and we were surprised and satisfied with the massage experience, which includes the head, shoulders, neck, back, hands, and feet. Andy and driver Wong's service was very attentive, professional, and always took good care of us, so we hardly had to worry about anything. To be honest, visiting tourist attractions in Chongqing is really a huge challenge for our legs and physical strength. This trip has filled us with electricity and given us a new lease on life. Thank you for the service from Andy's team. See you again if you have the opportunity!

Relaxation and well-being. - My wife and I loved the day. Firstly the guide Andy spoke perfect English and was at our disposal. We took advantage of the hot springs (39.5 degrees) in a typical setting and after this moment of relaxation we were treated to an extraordinary massage from head to toe, followed by an excellent gargantuan meal typical of the region. We totally recommend this excursion and especially the guide Andy. Thank you to him for a great day.

Overall a good experience! - First of all, Andy is amazing. He super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly and I felt super safe. He also makes really good jokes lol. I had the best massage ever abd was surprised to have the entire room to myself with a large screen tv. The TV had all of the best shows and movies in English. The food was amazing as well. The hotsprings had nice architecture and I loved seeing the peacocks.
