Q: Do you offer pickup from my hotel?

A: The pickup price applies to hotels in the downtown area of Beijing only. Downtown Beijing includes the districts of Dongcheng, Xicheng, Haidian, and Chaoyang. Hotels in other districts are considered to be in Outskirts Beijing and will incur an additional charge. Please verify if your hotel is in downtown Beijing before booking.

If your hotel is in Outskirts Beijing, the local travel agent will inform you within 24 hours about the additional cost, which you will need to pay in cash to your driver (Plan A). Your consent to this extra charge is necessary. If you do not agree to the additional cost, the booking will be canceled, and you will receive a refund (Plan B).

Q: What should I do if I cannot find my driver?

A: Call the local travel agent. The staff will ask you to hand the phone to a nearby Chinese person to determine your exact location. Then, please wait there. Your driver will come to you. Do not move! Do not go to the airport on your own.
