Entering the island through narrow, sloping streets between enchanted terraces to rediscover valleys and breathtaking landscapes, using old roads on our island to rediscover the island as a local and to see places where some locals have never been. Our guide is native with knowledge of the history of the island and farming and endemic fauna.

Fantastic Day! - Our all-day jeep tour of the west of the island was a great day out. Antonio was a fantastic guide, informative, relaxed and good fun. We enjoyed all of the new experiences. The walking was manageable, weather perfect, and the views sensational.
We shared the jeep with one other couple who were great company, all in all a fabulous day. Thankyou.

Louis was the best!!! Amazing day! - We had an amazing day with Louis (sp?)!!!
He was so friendly and full of stories from the island.
We loved stopping for a coffee and an amazing lunch- the natural pools were so crowded but the Fanal forest was more than we expected. Fantastic day with a fantastic guide and friends. Traveled with 2 kids (10 & 11) and they had the best day ever!

Jeep Safari Madeira West Tour - We traveled with António in western and northern Madeira. It was a fantastic day, and we saw so much and learned so much about the most beautiful island. The weather was just as it should be everywhere. António's lunch recommendation was the best. I would go with António again anytime. Thanks for the wonderful day!

Fantastic day trip - We enjoyed a full day trip with our driver Antonio.
The tour was perfectly planned and he knows a lot about the island.
We have seen many beautifull places and viewpoints. Offroad experience
was really great.
At the end we had some time left to taste madeira wine and poncha.
We highly recommended this tour.

Fabulous day trip! - We are so pleased we booked this tour and absolutely delighted to have had Antonio as our guide for the day!! We joined another couple making it a perfect group. Antonio is so passionate about the island and knows all the best viewpoints off the beaten track. He cared that we enjoyed our day and got the most out of the trip.
Antonio helped organise any tickets we needed and sorted a table in a lovely restaurant for lunch. We had clear instructions where to meet each time we had free time.
Our day ended sampling Madeira wine and Poncha...very delicious 😋Highly recommend 😀

Fun tour of the beautiful west - We had an amazing tour of the west of Madeira with Antonio. His fun personality kept us entertained with jokes and facts about this beautiful Island. The journey between stops seemed to fly by with stunning scenery and some off road antics. Going up and down some steep hills in the jeep seemed a bit hairy at first, but could trust Antonio to get us to our destination in one piece. Will definitely recommend

The highlight of our holiday! - We enjoyed a fantastic tour with António. He took us to lots of secret spots and knew exactly when to get to the busier places to miss the crowds. We've seen places that we would never have found without the knowledge of a local, so for us, a trip like this was much more valuable than hiring a car ourselves. The off-roading experience was really great. Something we’ve never done before and will not forget. Our teens loved it! We stopped for Poncha at a local bar with stunning scenery. We swam and lunched at Porto Moniz, visited the Fanal Forest, took in viewpoints and waterfalls, and much more. António was fun, very entertaining, knowledgeable about Madeira, and tailored the trip to our wishes. If you are looking for a private experience away from the crowds, António is your man! Well worth the money! Thank you 😄

Superb day out with Antonio. - The trip with Antonio was amazing.
We had a full day Jeep trip enjoying the wonderful sights throughout the West side of the Island. We have been on "West" trips before but still managed to see some new places. If you are reading this and are considering a trip then I thoroughly recommend Antonio. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the Island. He is an experienced guide and knows the best routes.
He plans the stops at the best times to miss the crowds.
Maderia is such a beautiful island and we have been coming here for many years. In my opinion, the best way to see the Island is by taking a tour in a jeep which means you can explore areas which are off the beaten track.
Antonio's off road driving skills are very impressive!!
Go on, treat yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Great summary of West and North Madeira - Our driver Antonio collected us from our hotel in good time and communication beforehand was great. From the start, he was an interesting and engaging guide, pointing out places of interest throughout the journey. We called in at many key stops for brief but stunning photo opportunities and a longer lunch stop. The highlight for us was standing up in the back of the jeep in the off-Road part of the trip. Would highly recommended Antonio as a guide and would use him again. Great value day out.
