Would 100% recommend - This tour was brilliant. Our driver Victor was great and nothing was too much trouble (which is very helpful with two young children). There were lots of stops which we wouldn’t have been able to see by ourselves and the whole day was amazing. If we come back to Madeira we would definitely book again!

Nice guide, beautiful places, highly recommended - Bruno was a great guide/driver. Gave good info in a spontaneous way. The tour shows you a lot of beautiful places. Plenty of time to take pictures.

Best tour with a lot of sightseeing - Great tour with super friendly guide! I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone! Best one so far. The tour guide was really friendly and shared a lot of interesting information. We visited the most amazing places on island.

The best tour in whole Madeira! - We went on a tour & didn’t know what to expect. The driver was simply wonderful. I would choose her over anybody. We saw a lot of things and had a lot of time for everything. The car was clean and comfortable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simply the BEST tour I've ever done in my life! - Icon Travel Madeira is not just an Enterprise of excursions... it is an epic experience that will stay in memory forever.
We started right away with the comfort of the pick-up in the hotel, no stress, everything impeccable and super punctual. Our driver/guide was out of line: safe, fun, full of local stories and tips, it looked like we were traveling with a friend who knows every secret of the island.
And then... the places!
Chamber of Lobos, a live postcard, impossible not to be amazed.
Cabo Girão, the feeling of being suspended on one of the tallest cliffs in Europe... is sparkling!
Saint Vincent & Seixal, authentic hidden treasures, with breathtaking landscapes.
Ribeira da Janela, raw nature, wild, photogenic to the last stone.
Natural pools of Porto Moniz, dive here is to feel in paradise.
And then the Fanal... my God, the Fanal! One of the most magical and surreal places I've ever seen, seems taken from an epic movie.
In the end, we stayed open with so much condensed beauty in one day. Madeira is brutal in itself, but living it this way with Icon Travel was taking everything to another level.
👉 If you come to Madeira and don't make this tour... you will regret it.

7-hour tour of the West - Done the Madeira West tour. Was very nice, the guide was very friendly. The guide was the driver and our narrator.
Certain stops I didn't find very special like the skywalk (3 euro admission), there was another stop before we went to the Fanal forest after visiting the Sexial beach, was also not very special.
Each stop was 20 minutes, in the Fanal forest 30 minutes. In some places this was enough in some places this was little. The lunch break lasted 2 hours. Should have been 1 hour or 1.5 hours as far as I'm concerned. We had stopped at porto Moniz for the lunch break, where the volcanic pools were.
Furthermore, had a nice day (lasts about 7 hours). Definitely recommended to see the main sights in western Madeira.

A day of limited interst and appeal - Our guide was excellent and the initial stops in the south of the island were interesting and enjoyable, with good weather. However, the weather in the Fanal Forest and the north of the island was poor (as seems often to be the case), with a limited amount to see and do at each stop.
The Fanal Forest was a particular disappointment, as there were relatively few trees, no clear path or signs to follow and no interpretation on the ground. Large numbers of tour groups were setting off through the fog across a muddy, rocky area. The potential for people to get lost in the fog, fall in the mud and/or have an accident amongst the rocks seemed high. So too was the potential for damage to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The need for much improved visitor management is evident.
I am pleased to have learned more about the north of the island, but I have no desire to return. It was a relief to return to the warmer, sunnier, more interesting south of Madeira.

Cancelled tour - We never got away on this tour, because the organizer did not book any transport or guide to us. Very disappointed.
