Unforgettable experience - strongly recommend - Geta is an excellent guide and this was a fantastic and diverse tour. So much covered, in terms of geography, history and culture. An extremely interesting and thought provoking tour and an unforgettable experience in a particularly beautiful part of Romania. A strong recommendation for anyone with the good fortune to be spending time in this part of the country.

This is a MUST SEE . - Geta is a fantastic guide and offers a day-trip to Maramures that is a must. The entire day was full of culture, history, beauty, and knowledge. Seeing the countryside in this part of Transylvania was inspiring, from the wooden churches to the village of Breb, and is most definitely a highlight of my time in this part of the world. I highly recommend this adventure.

This was a really... - This was a really fantastic tour, it felt authentic without being overly touristy. We saw a few beautiful sites in the Maramureş and Geta was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. It was a long drive but the landscapes were well worth it. Lunch was a particular highlight, absolutely delicious and they catered for vegans. I would highly recommend this tour!

A must-see since Cluj! - I loved this day trip to the beautiful region of Maramureș. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, and she knew how to convey her enthusiasm throughout the day. The places visited were simply splendid, between authentic landscapes and cultural discoveries.
A must do if you pass through Cluj — I highly recommend!

It is to do and to see absolutely!!! - It was my best excursion of any country. The Maramures region is a must see. But what makes this exceptional experience is the guide I had. The information it gives us is very relevant. It took us to meet the local people in a unique way. We met the carpenter who makes the traditional roof shingles. We see him working before our eyes. She then takes us to eat a typical Romanian meal at the best cook in the village.
Throughout the day, we have no feeling that there is a schedule. We have time to enjoy the place, take pictures. We also end the day with locals to see a lady making a traditional carpet. For me, this day will remain sincerely etched in my memory

Absolutely incredible... - Absolutely incredible experience that was enhanced by our tour guide, Geta! We loved reflecting in the beauty of the wooden churches and learning about the meaning of the interiors. The Merry Cemetery did not disappoint. And the star of the show was our stroll through a village in Maramureș where we had lunch with a local. This was incredibly memorable and I highly recommend this to anyone hoping to learn more about the history and true culture of Romania.

In immersion in the Maramures - In hindsight, allowing for an accurate opinion, I would say that this excursion was exceptionally good. Rich in emotions, immersive in distant lands since Cluj. The landscapes and activities offered are exceptional. Explanations are provided in English throughout the trip by the guide (Geta), a person who knows perfectly well how to adapt to the vagaries of travel and the expectations of travelers necessarily from different universes and countries and who is not stingy with cultural and historical explanations. The kind of experience that shakes you up in your way of thinking back home. With the homestay dinner cherry on top. Go for this activity which is very high level.
