Go If you have the chance - Great place to visit. Just wish it had more of the 70's and 80's memorabilia. The garage was great, we got to hear some people play together, what a great experience for people to be able to play music. The top floor could have been dedicated to the Beatles and Wings. I wish the place was bigger to hold more memorabilia from all the inductees. It was a great place to visit. Would do it again. And having people to come and perform live out front that was great as well.

Musicly magical - This was a great stop. It has all music types. You can spend anywhere from one hour to four hours. There are behind the scenes of old SNL clips to watch. You can sit and enjoy the air-conditioned shows. They have alot of free pin ball machines to play as well. Great for most ages, better for older than 10 years of age.

Good- Could be better - We enjoyed the Hall very much. Honestly expected more areas dedicated to certain times/groups/genres/movements. The videos and constant varied music were a welcome sight/sound. Noticed expansion underway- maybe increase cost of ticket and offer more. I wonder if the higher priced ticket may have been worth shelling out. So many artists that are not in the hall that are part of R&R but not a part of the Hall experience. Still would recommend seeing

Helter Skelter - I like it but there's no flow. I felt like we were stumbling through time and bouncing all over the place. We left after a brief stay.

Rock On! - Our family with two teens had a fun afternoon at the Rock Hall. The artists on display were diverse enough that we all found items to appreciate. We followed the standard path through, starting with the main exhibit hall in the basement, then moved upstairs to play instruments in the Garage area, peruse the Hall of Fame itself and watch the high-energy Power of Rock show. The gift shop was particularly well curated. We spent about three hours total, but see how major fans could get lost there for hours more. Note that as of August 2026, there is significant construction mostly impacting the entrance area - we agree with their recommendation to purchase tickets online ahead of time.
