- Goolwa Beach - This is the location where the River Murray meets the sea.

A great day, visiting... - A great day, visiting several really interesting, places. Also passing, beautiful picturesque landscapes along the way. Our easy Lunch of fish and chips was lovely, allowing us time to walk about and enjoy Victor Harbour’s shops and views.
Our Driver Geoff, was really friendly and interesting, explaining places etc along the way. We were lucky to have terrific fellow travellers as well, rounding off the Best Day.

A relaxed day of sightseeing. - South Australia is lovely, and the bus tour was an excellent way to see a range of different towns as well as Mt Lofty. We were lucky and had a beautiful, clear day. Geoff was a great driver and the day was relaxed and enjoyable. I would recommend it!

Awesome day out - Awesome day out from Adelaide and our guide Peter was excellent. There was plenty of time to browse the gorgeous shops in Handorf and to go on a scenic walk in Victor Harbour.

Great time to experience winery and foods. - A great tour to experience Adelaide’s wines and Hahndorf. Different wineries around the Barossa Valley give a variety of different wines and tastes.

Opportunity to see-more countryside around Adelaide - Our guide was very charming and worked hard to accommodate us and so not his fault that it wasnt the best day for weather so didnt get a great view from the Mountain stop. Beaches were nice but not outstanding. German village quite interesting and worth seeing. And that would have been a more interesting lunch stop and would have liked longer here. Horse drawn tram at Victor Harbour ok but additional cost and there is nothing much else there at this time of year. Overall an opportunity to see more countryside outside Adelaide but no real ‘highlights’ apart from German village, to see.
Could have done with more information from guide about the McClaren Vale wine region we drove through on the way back.

Arrived at Victor Harbour... - Arrived at Victor Harbour found meal not up to standard I thought fish and chips ordered where cold and chips not very crisp.
After meal went to arrange to go on the horse train to be informed we where to late last train left at 2.30pm driver said he had checked and last one should have been 3.30pm that might be in the summer everyone on board where very upset.
Driver suggested we go to the cube which was quite a distance away we arrived just in time to do a quick wine tasting but no time to see the whole experience which cost us $20.
The day was ok but not worth the money I feel.
Needs to be a lot more organized I feel would not recommend.

Disappointing trip. - Our pick up was late....It was marketed with picture of the Victor Harbour horse drawn bus...yet when we got there it was closed, so we couldn't use it, seems 3pm is closing time there, Totally spoilt the rest of the trip.. Mount Lofty and Hahndorf were interesting stop offs. Seeing the Seals at Goolwa was wonderful...The d'Arenberg vineyard was very interesting , this would have been a better place for a food /drink stop...Going to a chocolate shop in high summer so if you brought anything there it would melt...only half of the journey was really worth it...

Disappointing Experience – Far from Comfortable or Luxurious - Despite advertising a “small group, comfortable experience,” this tour was anything but. The vehicle used was a cramped 12-seater school bus-style van, and every seat was filled to capacity—including tight spots that might be suitable for children but were clearly too small for adults. I boarded to find only a few uncomfortable seating options remaining, including one squeezed next to the driver and another in the very back, which would have been an unreasonably tight fit for two adults.
I decided to leave the tour before departure, as the environment was far too cramped for what was promoted as a premium experience. To make matters worse, there was a strong and unpleasant odour inside the vehicle—so overpowering that I felt physically unwell.
I requested a refund and explained the issue. Unfortunately, the response from management was dismissive and defensive. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they responded with accusatory and patronising comments, attempting to twist my words and deflect responsibility.
I’m also expecting more of the same bullying tone under this review, given their previous response. It’s a shame, as constructive feedback should be met with a willingness to improve, not hostility.
Overall, this experience did not match the marketing and was not worth the money. If you’re expecting comfort or anything remotely resembling a “luxury” experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
