Upon reaching Nelson, we’ll venture onto the Nelson Rollercoaster trail and pause to admire ancient petroglyphs, believed to be over 10,000 years old. Remarkably, a lake once existed here, as evidenced by the dry lake beds. Our next destination is the Oro Plata Mine Trail, where we’ll explore the remnants left by miners and perhaps discover gold among the shimmering rocks.
