Day tour - All water and snacks provided throughout the day, you get to order lunch off a menu ahead of time so it don’t interfere in your tour time, Stan and ward were amazing as tour guides and filled us with knowledge through the day, nothing was too much trouble for them, a long day but in an air conditioned vehicle with free WiFi, would recommend the trip

Steve is an amazing guide or worth the money! - Steve was an amazing tour guide, he was knowledgeable, fun and kept the tour moving. We traveled on a Sunday which limited traffic and allowed usmore time at the sites we visited. He had bottled water and snacks on the bus and made sure we were all having fun. He made sure to direct us all to the best location to view the Hollywood sign. Highly recommend this tour and having Steve as your guide. From Michigan and we will be back!

A tour you should not miss! - Steve was our tour guide and driver. Our experience wasn't the best. First he forgot to pick up one couple, so we had to drive back to the starting point. His driving was kind of aggressive all the time and he didn't make clear to all guests that it is important to be on time, so some guests ignored the return times and we had to wait longer at every stop. At the stops he wasn't present and focused on his guests - he just dropped us off, gave us needed information and then waited to pick us up. The seat I sat in (at the window) was pretty uncomfortable - it had a kind of box installed on the floor, so I had to put my feet on that and my legs were elevated the whole time - no room to put them anywhere else - and the handle for adjusting the seat was a little to long, so I could feel it while seated the whole time. The sightseeing locations itself were amazing and we got to see a lot along the road as well and Steve provided us with a lot of facts. Also, they provided cold water and a lot of different snacks for free the whole time and other drinks (like soda/Gatorade) were offered for a good price. Overall, I would recommend this tour but I would defenitely choose another merchant next time.

Worst decision I’ve ever made on a pleasure trip. Do not get stuck in a van for 14 hours with no exit strategy in sight! - Couples Adventures: The Time We Accidentally Took the Longest Day Trip in Human History We decided it would be fun to take a quick little day trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles on one of those 14-passenger van tours. You know… one of those decisions that seems perfectly reasonable at the time. Fourteen hours later I can confidently say: We have made better life choices. Picture the scene. A tiny van. Fourteen hours. Pouring rain. Two completely soaked tourists. And at about hour two we slowly realized… We were the only people on the tour who spoke English other than the tour guide. The rest of the ride was basically us smiling, nodding, and hoping we didn’t accidentally agree to something weird. At one point my husband leaned over and whispered, “Do you know where we are?” I said, “No idea. But I’m pretty sure we’ve been in this van since the late 80s.” At that moment we both knew: This had officially become another of our classic Adventures. Travel tip from us: If you’re thinking about taking a van tour from Vegas to LA… Don’t. Rent a car. Control your destiny. Maintain basic human dignity. Now for the highlights of Los Angeles: Hollywood: Imagine if someone took your childhood dreams and set them behind a slightly damp and sticky gas station. Beverly Hills: Not Nice… I think I expected angels singing and diamonds falling from the sky, really just not as I imagined at all. Rodeo Drive: Exactly like Pretty Woman. We walked around for about three minutes before realizing security was probably trying to decide if we were lost or casing the place. Santa Monica Pier: I’m sure it’s beautiful… But during a torrential downpour it mostly looks like a scene from The Perfect Storm. However. There was one moment that made the entire miserable trip worth it. I saw the actual Nakatomi Plaza from Die Hard. And honestly? For about 30 seconds I forgot that I was soaked, exhausted, and questioning every decision that led to this van. Would we take this tour again? Absolutely not. Would we eventually laugh about it? Of course. Because if there’s one thing we are good at… It’s accidentally turning normal vacations into survival stories. 😅
