• Palazzo Farnese - The Farnese Palace is located just above the town of Caprarola, commanding its surroundings. Caprarola has always symbolized Farnese’s power, and the palace is one of the finest examples of Renaissance architecture. Visitors can walk the spiral staircase known as Scala Regia or the “Royal Stairs” and explore the Piano dei Prelati floor, which leads to the expansive terrace.

Guests can admire the stunning frescoes of the winter suite, including the renowned “Room of the World Map” or “Sala del Mappamondo,” which depicts the world as it was in 1574 when the frescoes were completed. One side of the wall showcases the continents, while the opposite wall is dedicated to the lands where Christianity and the church originated, Judea and Italy. • Villa Lante - Villa Lante is one of the greatest masterpieces of the Italian sixteenth century (22 hectares). Its unique feature is the prominence of the garden over the architectural building: the residence is divided into two small twin buildings symmetrical to the central axis of the garden, which dominates the entire composition along the water path. The water flows through a triumph of geometries designed by evergreen hedges and peperino statues, creating special basins and water features. Afterward, enjoy a quick light lunch in Bagnaia and transfer to Bomarzo.
