It is worth it for those who want to know the best of Angra. - The stops on the islands and beaches are well chosen, with clear waters, beautiful landscapes and enough time to enjoy. The tour is well organized, with attentive staff and proper structure throughout the day. It is a tiring script for the duration, but fully compensates for the beauty of the place.

Undue charging outside the platform - My mother and sister liked it a lot, they liked it too much, it was a dream of mine that thanks to God I was able to provide.
The only thing that left to be desired, was the fact of having to pay off the part to make the boat ride (which should be included), I have done this tour other times and I have never been charged off to the boat. I believe that it doesn't make sense, it should be explained much more in the statement, since it has taken everyone by surprise.

It's okay with the value for money - It was good value for money. They took a long time to find us and then the food was half a hair but good. then they met expectations but it would only improve that.

Beautiful place but a better experience could have been afforded - The views were great and the attraction spots such as the Lagoa was nice! Only thing was the site advertised it was an English tour but no English was spoken throughout and the information advertised for 15 people wasn't accurate as there were way more people on the same boat.

I would look for another agency - Although they visit all the places they tell you, they work in a very messy way. It was 10:00 and we were still in Rio and at the time of arriving to board I realize that we did not reach the town of Angra dos Reis, but Garatucaia that this before and once we embarked from there we went to visit a beach and then we had to return to the dock as another bus had arrived with passengers who had to board so we were very little time in the places and ended quite late the tour. Meanwhile, the boat overfills it and makes it uncomfortable as it is colliding with the other passengers. Not to mention that when boarding the bus we were charged an additional "boarding" fee which is not mentioned at the time of booking the tour. The bar saleswomen inside the boat cater very reluctantly. The guide did not give information about the places we were going to visit (which is expected at least from a guide). I had already done this tour with another agency leaving from Angra and in a smaller boat not full of Capacity (in covers) (being that I went in high season) having a much better travel experience as here we were left with the feeling that they just wanted to take money from us, so I recommend looking with other agencies for this tour.

This was the worst tour I... - This was the worst tour I have EVER been on. It is 12am and we are still on the bus back to Rio. I would rate it a 0, but that is not an option so I give it a 1. I am about to crashout and honestly you could not pay me to ever do something like this again. Wasted a whole day. The tour guide did try her best and I think she should go find a new job. This company is awful. Also no one spoke English and by the end of the day they only made announcements in Spanish. Also they led us into the lightning storm in the pitch black when everyone begged to go back to the port at 9pm. I’m super annoyed.

Horrible - No pick up, no trip and no information. We never got the trip we paid for, and no refund of payment.
We waited hours for pick up at agreed hotel. We called operator but no answer. After several hours we got information the trip was never planned to be executed.
