To start, participants will observe a professional sushi chef demonstrate the art of fish disassembly, learning the various steps involved in preparing fish for sushi. The chef will also provide insights into Japanese knives.
Following this, participants will discover what sushi truly is and learn the correct techniques for making nigiri and rolled sushi. The sushi master will guide them through each step, ensuring they understand everything. All necessary sushi-making tools and tableware are supplied by local vendors.
Finally, participants will savor their own sushi creations! As they enjoy their meal, the sushi master will prepare additional sushi, complete with the freshest wasabi.

- This activity is perfect for who has no problems with stairs. Our classroom is on the third floor in the Japanese traditional building with only stairs.
