• 4 Chome - Discover the iconic Wako Building and the Mitsukoshi Lion statue, along with charming angels, monkeys, and a hidden shrine nestled in an alley.
• 5 Chome - Explore both the main and side streets. In the back alleys, you’ll find shops that have endured through wartime and the postwar era.
• 6 Chome - The former Kojun Building is a significant landmark in Ginza’s history.
• 7 Chome - In a narrow alley, you might overlook the Toyoiwa Inari Shrine. This historic shrine, dating back to the early Edo period, has been a place of worship for many, including Kabuki actors.

The tour will then return towards Ginza 5-chome. Capture photos in the charming, traditional alleys and visit the small shrines cherished by locals for generations.

This is a two-hour walking tour through Ginza’s six hidden alleys. Discover concealed shrines and popular shops tucked away in these alleys. Stroll through the dazzling “front” of Ginza, absorbing its rich history, and then venture into the maze-like “back” side of Ginza!

This tour is not suitable for those lacking confidence in their physical stamina or those with weak legs and hips, as it involves a two-hour walk. Please wear comfortable walking attire and bring water during the summer. Kabuki viewing is not part of the tour.
