• Kaikoura - Arrive in Kaikōura, a charming coastal town nestled between the snowcapped Kaikōura Ranges and the turquoise waters of Te Moana-nui-a-Kiwa (the Pacific Ocean). The town’s name means “eat crayfish” in Māori, reflecting its rich marine bounty.
