Christchurch - Pickup is scheduled between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM to commence the journey to Mt Cook. Along the way, enjoy the stunning beauty of the McKenzie region, featuring wild landscapes and snow-capped mountains.

Geraldine - Geraldine is an ideal spot for refreshments and a break in your journey. Be sure to visit the local cheese factory, renowned for some of New Zealand’s finest cheeses!

Lake Pukaki - Lake Pukaki is a brilliant blue jewel set in a breathtaking alpine wonderland. Its stunning color will captivate you.

New Zealand Alpine Lavender Farm - Next, visit the largest alpine lavender farm in New Zealand, where you can also savor some fresh, homemade ice cream. (Seasonal: Available from October to April)

Mt. Cook Village - Upon reaching Mt Cook Village, enjoy lunch and then embark on the Hooker Valley Track, celebrated as one of New Zealand’s most beautiful trails. Aim to reach the second bridge for a breathtaking view where the river meets the mountain. For an enhanced experience, consider an optional helicopter ride to the summit of Mt Cook, where you can step onto the snow and ice for a truly unique alpine adventure.

Lake Tekapo - Bid farewell to Mt Cook and proceed to Lake Tekapo for an evening of stargazing. After checking in and enjoying dinner, prepare for an unforgettable stargazing experience, where thousands of stars will dazzle you, all clearly explained by your guide. Conclude your day with an overnight stay at Lake Tekapo (Please arrange your own accommodation).

Lake Tekapo – Mt John Lookout – Burkes Pass – Alpacas Farm – Christchurch.

Lake Tekapo - This morning, there’s no need to rise early – last night’s experience was truly enjoyable. After breakfast, take your time exploring Lake Tekapo, visiting the Church of the Good Shepherd, and learning about the history of religious missions in New Zealand.

Mount John University Observatory - Then, head to Mt. John for a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Tekapo and the Mackenzie region.

Burkes Pass - Say goodbye to Lake Tekapo and begin the journey to Burkes Pass, where a charming collection of 19th-century merchandise awaits.

Fairlie Bakehouse - Next, stop at the famous Fairlie Bakehouse to enjoy a delicious pie, renowned as the best in New Zealand.

Christchurch - Finally, return to Christchurch, with a stop at Ashburton for a tea break with biscuits and hot tea. Savor these last moments of the tour before being dropped off at your accommodation around 4:30 PM, concluding the trip.
