We had a fantastic... - We had a fantastic experience on the Discover Christchurch tour with Pete and John! Pete was very engaging and knowledgeable about all things New Zealand. The transition between each activity was seamless, and we never felt rushed at any point during the tour - which we greatly appreciated. This tour was the highlight of our time in Christchurch; I would highly recommend!

A throughly enjoyable day, would recommend without reservation. - This tour was the first of several pre-planned activities across NZ South Island and it got us off to a great start by setting a very high standard. Pete is a very personable and knowledgable guide, friendly, informative and efficient. In a few short hours we covered a lot of ground including a City Tram ride, Punting on the Avon, a Gondola ride above the port at Lyttelton and visits to Mona Vale and other landmarks. All were included in the initial price and each time Pete left us to enjoy the experience by ourselves while he waited to collect us at the end and drove us off to the next stop. Pete also explained a great deal about the Christchurch earthquake and he showed us in detail how it had impacted on various parts of the city and especially in some of the suburbs. An additional surprise was the excellent lunch that he organised for us, not just a paper bag with a sandwich and a piece of fruit but a superb meal in the beautiful Curator's House. This time he joined us so we could enjoy hearing more about this beautiful city. Full marks for that Pete!

Book this tour , you won’t be disappointed. - Wonderful tour. Peter was a great guide, constant commentary about what we were seeing and life in the area. Day was well planned to avoid crowds, including all highlights and a delicious lunch. Book this tour! He went the extra mile to be sure everyone was enjoying the day

Highly recommend this tour with Pete - Loved our tour of Christchurch with Pete. Pickup was very easy and his huge van was very comfortable for our group. Really enjoyed our entire day visiting this beautiful city. Lunch was also fantastic.

A Must-Do Tour of Christchurch - This is an excellent tour that gives you a great overview of Christchurch. Both a current orientation as well as a historical overview. Pete is one of the best tour guides we’ve had in a long time. He’s knowledgeable and engaging. Great tour!

You can’t beat Pete - We had an excellent excursion with Pete. Communication before the trip was excellent. We had no trouble meeting up with him as instructed. It was a small group of friendly people who got a chance to see some wonderful sites and hear about this lovely city. We drove in a comfortable van and visited many sites. I very much recommend this tour.
