Mid Canterbury Spin and Soak Tour

Christchurch - Day 2 presents our Mid Canterbury Spin and Soak Tour. This is an excellent day trip and a perfect city escape. Departing from the city, this tour is unique in its offerings. Experience the breathtaking scenery of the Canterbury Plains before heading to the Rakaia Gorge for an exhilarating 45-minute Jet Boat ride, a fantastic way to kick off the day.

Following the jet boating adventure, the tour proceeds to the charming town of Methven for lunch at the iconic Blue Pub (meal included, drinks extra), one of New Zealand’s most famous pubs. After a delightful lunch, enjoy a 2-hour soak in the Tranquility Pools at Opuke Hot Pools and Spa, set against a stunning mountain backdrop. Relax with a drink as you unwind in the pools.

The tour concludes with a return to Christchurch, with drop-off at your accommodation or the option for an airport drop-off.
