Toshi is your guide for Tokyo - Toshi met us at our hotel and asked about the places we had already visited. He was very flexible with our suggestions, showing us unique spots and quiet streets away from the main tourist areas. It felt like a private, personalized adventure. Highly recommend!

Great Tokyo day - We booked one day in Tokyo since we wanted to be free the other day. Though it was raining, we had an amazing experience with Kushi, an amazing guide with an excellent attitude and a great sense of humour. The full-day tour and the places we visited, from Asakusa temple to the beautiful busy Shibuya, filled me with a lot of emotions and love to Japan. The place booked for lunch offered the best Ramen we have ever had (we love Ramen a lot)

Fun day in Tokyo - I would recommend this tour for anyone new to Tokyo who wants assistance getting between the different attractions. Kushimizu was friendly and knowledgeable, and provided helpful guidance throughout the day. However, her English was somewhat limited, which made the 8 hour tour feel a little long at times. Overall, it was still a useful and informative experience.

Interesting Tokyo highlights - Our guide Hirorito truly surpassed our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and energetic, which made the day both enjoyable and easy. He picked us up directly from our hotel and guided us smoothly through several highlights of Tokyo using different modes of transport. Over more than six hours, we explored areas such as Asakusa, the Imperial Palace surroundings, Ginza, and Ueno, moving efficiently by train, bus, and on foot. Everything was well organized, and we felt well taken care of throughout the tour.

Ami is the best guide in Tokyo - Ami was our best guide we hired in Japan. She was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited and helped us better understand many aspects of Tokyo and Japanese culture. She took us through Asakusa, Sensoji Temple, Ginza, and the Imperial Palace gardens, sharing fascinating history and unique anecdotes along the way. We also ended with her personal recommendation for a local snack, which was delicious and memorable.

Excellent tour in Tokyo - Oko planned an amazing day in Tokyo tailored to our interests where we asked to switch Sky tree with more time in Shibuya. We visited Meiji Shrine first, then explored Asakusa and the temple there, and ended the tour in Shibuya crossing. Our guide was very thoughtful about the hot weather, keeping us comfortable throughout the day and making this a perfect introduction to Tokyo!

Insightful Tokyo tour with Karry - Our tour with Karry was excellent as he was very informative and pointed out many of the intricacies of Tokyo. The various locations we visited, like Asakusa and Meiji Shrine provided a great perspective on the history and culture of the city, and Karry explained much of that history in an engaging way. A very good tour guide.

Great tour in Tokyo - Murasaki was deeply knowledgeable, very flexible, and highly attentive to our needs. He suggested hiring a private car for the day, an investment that proved invaluable given the crowds and traveling with our children. We smoothly visited highlights from Asakusa and the Tsukiji Outer Market to Shibuya and Meiji Shrine. Though our kids found that little boring, Murasaki managed to suggest smaller shops for kids all the way back to the hotel.

Worst tour ever - If I could would give this a minus 4, not minus 5 as the driver did a great job. Paid $505, then we were ambushed with a $800 taxi fee and $225 guide fee. Never agreed to this. The guide was rude, unpleasant, and barely able to speak English. Viator supervisor said $505 was a management fee ??? Settled paying about $400, what was a 7 hour tour really was 3 hours and cost about $900 total. O, the guide had her lunch bill added ours. O, we stood in line for 30 minutes for lunch, and the restaurant had only one, yes 1 item on their menu. Wife didn't like it. Just awful experience.
