Arequipa – Chivay

Chivay - 07:30 am to 08:00 am: Pick up from hotel in the center of Arequipa.
08:00 am – We begin our trip to one of the deepest and most beautiful canyons in the world. Our point of operation will be the town of Chivay, which we will arrive in approximately 4 hours.
We will pass through the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, where we will be able to appreciate the vicuñas that inhabit this area.
After
We will make a brief stop at the Toccra Bofedales where we will observe a large number of Alpacas. An obligatory stop at the Valle de los Volcanes Viewpoint, the highest point of the trail, from where we will be able to observe a large part of the Cordillera de los Volcanes.
12:30 pm – We will arrive in Chivay to enjoy a delicious lunch. After lunch, we will settle in our respective hotels.
During the afternoon we will enjoy a relaxing thermo-medicinal bath that oscillates between 35º C and 38º C in the pools. Then we will go to enjoy our dinner.
Overnight in Chivay.

Colca Canyon – Arequipa

Colca Canyon - 06:00 a.m. – Breakfast. Then we will go to the “Cruz del Cóndor” viewpoint, which is 30 minutes away and is the observation point of the Colca Canyon and the spectacular flight of the Condor. At this point, we will spend an average of 45 minutes observing the beauty of the Colca Canyon.
On the way back we will stop at the viewpoints of the area from where we will observe the impressive terraces of the Valley and the Town of Maca, we will see its church and we will have the option of tasting local drinks such as the Colca Sour, made from local products.
12:00 pm – Lunch in Chivay.
01:15 pm – We will return to the city of Arequipa.
04:30 pm – We will arrive in the city of Arequipa, and we will leave you near the Plaza de Armas.
