• Optional extras at the park: Lockers and life vests are not included in the tour price. If you wish to use a locker for your belongings or a life vest for swimming in the cenote, they are available on-site for USD 4 each. Drinks during the meal at the restaurant are also not included and are paid separately by each guest. Using these services is entirely optional.
• The bus is equipped with one bathroom. Guests are asked to use toilet #1 only, as using toilet #2 may affect ventilation and cause discomfort for others. Rest stops are available at each tour location, where you can also use bathroom facilities.
• Hotel changes are not allowed after 6:00 PM, as we are unable to modify our logistics at that time. Please ensure any changes are made before 6:00 PM to avoid scheduling issues.
• Please note: The tour itinerary and duration may vary depending on the guide’s logistics and traffic conditions. The total experience can last up to 14 hours or more, depending on transfer times between locations. This is a full-day tour, and you will be traveling for most of the day, so please plan accordingly.
• Dear Visitor: Please note that backpacks are not permitted inside the Chichen Itza archaeological site. This policy applies to all types of backpacks without exception and aims to improve safety, the visitor experience, and the preservation of the site. We recommend bringing only essential personal items and using small bags or other permitted alternatives. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• The cenote visit is subject to availability. Depending on the day’s conditions, you may visit either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán. Please note that your package includes access to one cenote only. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing you with the best possible experience.
