Unforgettable!!! - My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience exploring one of the most iconic places in Mexico. Our tour started with a visit to the majestic Chichen Itza, and standing in front of the pyramid was simply breathtaking. The history, the architecture, and the energy of the place were fascinating — it truly felt like stepping back in time. Afterward, we visited two stunning cenotes: Suytun and Ik Kil. Suytun felt magical with its surreal atmosphere and the light filtering through the cave’s opening. Swimming in the crystal-clear water was incredibly refreshing and peaceful. Then at Ik Kil, the beauty of the natural setting left us speechless — it was like a dream, surrounded by lush greenery and vines hanging from above. We also had the chance to explore the charming town of Valladolid. The colonial buildings, colorful streets, and relaxed vibe were the perfect ending to the day. We even had a little time to try some delicious local food. Overall, it was a perfect mix of culture, nature, and history — an experience we’ll never forget.

Unreliable and Unprofessional Experience - We were extremely disappointed with this experience. The tour operator never showed up—we waited from 7:00 AM until 8:20 AM with no communication. Finally, at 8:20 AM, we received a text saying they had essentially forgotten about us. Although we were issued a full refund, we still lost an entire day of our trip waiting around. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I do not recommend. - First have to pay a fee of 1100 pesos in cash that they only warn the night before and we didn't have money. We had to pay by card and we were charged 8% more. At the IK Kil cenote we were left because they marked 16:10h, but the phones change Time because it has two zones. Something they should know that happens is still leaving us. I sent a print from my phone that was still 15:45h when he sent a message saying we were waiting at the next point. Still, we had to pay 700 pesos to get Taxi at the next point.
