Chichen Itza - Our private tour of Chichen Itza was worth every penny and easily one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Antonio (“Tony”), was a true professional—his depth of knowledge brought the history and culture to life in a way that made the experience unforgettable. After exploring the ruins, we dove into a stunning cenote and then wrapped up the day strolling through a charming old town with an incredible lunch. If you’re considering a guided experience, ask for Tony—you won’t regret it.

Family tour from Paradisus playa del Carmen - Our tour guide Irving was knowledgeable and easily adjusted the tour to keep an appropriate pace for our elementary aged children. We had great conversations to and from locations. We felt safe and well cared for during all parts of the tour. Definitely worth the price for peace of mind, ease, and care taken towards a family.

Highly recommended tour of Chichen Itza - This was a fantastic tour of Chichen Itza with a trip to a center and lunch in Valladolid included in the price. The tour guide Eric Danny was friendly and knowledgeable. He picked us up at 6.30am to take us to Chichen Itza. It was well worth the early start as there was hardly anyone at Chichen Itza. We were leaving just as the big tour groups starting arriving. I'd highly recommend this tour.

Perfect tour - Was thrilled with the experience. Carlos was great - super knowledgeable and easy-going. He went above and beyond. Chichen Itza morning tour was nice, not busy at all. And the afternoon swim in a beautiful cenote was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Great Guide and fun excursion - This was a fantastic trip and our guide was patience with my family as we had littles one who needed a bit more time between different stops. Would highly recommend using this program for your Yucatan excursions.

Take the private tour - Carlos was our guide and he was great. He told us so many interesting facts about Chichen Itza but also Mayan culture across the spectrum. He was very mindful of keeping us as cool as possible during the tour. The next stop to the cenote was amazing and certainly my 4 year old granddaughters favorite activity! Followed by a great lunch in a cute town, making this the most memorable day of our trip.

Great day with Antonio - Our family of five (including three boys—10, 10, and 12) booked a private tour to Chichen Itza, and it was one of the highlights of our trip—largely thanks to our guide, Antonio. He arrived right on time for our early 6:30 AM pickup and was incredibly accommodating from the start. The comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle made the early morning easy, and he quickly proved thoughtful and flexible—stopping at a great local bakery for coffee and pastries, helping with an ATM stop, and even taking us to a pharmacy for a bandage for our son. Small touches, but they made a big difference. Arriving early at Chichen Itza was a huge advantage—we beat the crowds and heat, making the experience far more enjoyable. Antonio was an outstanding guide: knowledgeable, engaging, and patient with all of our questions. He also did a great job connecting with our boys and keeping them interested throughout. Afterward, we visited Cenote San Lorenzo Oxman for a refreshing swim—it felt like something out of Avatar, with lush greenery and dramatic vines hanging into the water. We lingered longer than planned because we loved it so much, and Antonio never rushed us—he simply adjusted the schedule. We wrapped up with a great à la carte lunch in Valladolid, where Antonio helped us quickly order (much needed at that point!) and still left us time to walk around and explore. Overall, the tour delivered exactly as promised—early access to Chichen Itza, a one-of-a-kind cenote experience, and a great lunch in a colonial town—but Antonio made it exceptional. Highly recommend, and if you can request him, absolutely do.
