Two tickets needed! - Entrance requires TWO tickets per person… one for Mexican Government and one for Mayan People… important to understand! Thrilled to skip the long line for such a busy tourist site!

Walk x Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid - We had a great experience with Amigo Tour, our guides Pastor, Jorge and Audomaro were great, we learned a lot about Mayan culture visiting Chichen Itza, we visited and bathed in a cenote, we had a very good lunch with buffet of tacos and Mexican food and delicious drinks. And we close with a visit to a 100% Mayan city: Valladolid which has among several houses a spectacular church. Beautiful everything. And see: among hundreds of people, I lost my cell phone in Chichen Itza and it was returned in a few minutes at the place of lost and found. Super recommended walk to go with family or friends, very comfortable bus, excellent service. Vero, Ana and Luna from Montevideo, Uruguay

Speed - We bought our tickets in advance and it really was the best decision. We didn't have to wait in line, which was quite long. We went directly to the ticket exchange and entered - the process didn't even take 1 minute!

More agile and comfortable option - It's convenient to have the tickets. Time is gained. Only they had not sent them to me by email, so they located them by my name, luckily

Entrance tickets to Chichen Itza - Unable to print tickets whilst on holiday as only received the day before use. This caused problems at the entrance to Chichen Itza as the attendant eventually had to scan my mobile phone.

Scams at the entrance to the venue - The site is impressive. But I had a problem, we went with the purchased tickets and with a guide and they made us pay 60 pesos each at the entrance to be able to enter by carrying a mobile phone, a most ingenious way of scamming everyone because nowadays everyone We carry a mobile phone everywhere.

There must be better tour guides than this company offer?! - Our guide ‘Aldi/Audi’ was rude and unfriendly. He clearly loved his own voice but everyone on our bus could not understand him. On entering the site we lost some of our group and he just shrugged his shoulders and carried on talking and talking at us in bad English until he got a call from someone to go and collect them! He talked in unclear English all the way round and didn’t care we couldn’t understand him. There was no time to look round any of the site on our own and we were given ‘5 minutes’ to look at the stalls on the way back to the coach. This was all so that he could then make us spend loads of time at a stone shop down the road. We then had lunch where the drinks were a rip off. All in all there are many other tour companies through which to see this Mayan ruin but our guide ruined our experience.

Wierd situation - - I dont know why yous call this skip the line since everything went slow as.. To be honest I dont really understand the wierd system. I booked my tickets on something which completely looked like the official Chichen Itza site, but apparently you get tickets via another sketchie company. They promise you the tickets on WhatsApp or email the day before, but in stead you need to go to a small office thingy location on site at 0830, while Chichen Itza opens at 0800.... After several emails we lucky were able to be there at 0800, but it still took them 15 minutes to get the tickets. We payed a lot more for service and fast lane but I reckon it's a big scam with a misleading website.
