One of the best tours you can spend your vacation time on! - One of the best tours I had during my Cancun trip. The cenotes are gorgeous and the Chichen Itza site is magnificant. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit all the places in one day. Pros are the tour guides, transportation, punctuality, and definitely price. Cons could be the line-up in the morning before getting on the bus and the rushed tours at each location which are natural based on the number of attractions fit into this tour (highly recommended if you are ok with 1 to 1.5 hr visiting each place).
There are no hidden fees or additional charges except for the taxes mentioned on the page upfront.
Overall, I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Excellent and organized - I was worried at first about the hotel meetup but everything was so organized.. They messaged us in WhatsApp about the derails, They picked us up and dropped us at the hotel. We had unli drinks and snacks, went to 2 amazing cenotes,saw chi chen itza and had a good buffet. Love my experience with the whole crew! Thank u so much

A wonderful Day trip - Such a wonderful day trip! The guides were knowledgeable and made everything easy and fun. The cenotes were incredible — crystal-clear water and amazing photo spots. Valladolid was charming too. Definitely worth it!

Best Tour - This was an amazing experience. Our tour guide Avenlino was amazing, he spoke both English and Spanish and communicated throughly. His talking actually made the tour butter. I can’t recall our bus drivers name but he was always amazing. He always got out and greeted us with beer, water, pop, and opened the door! The tours itself was really nice. I didn’t know fish would be in the water at the cenetoes, but that was on me. I know you see a lot of tours doing this but I can promise you from reading all reviews and studying this is literally the best one. We got a hour at each place advertised except in the city. That was 20 mins due to police restrictions but that’s all you need there. I honestly don’t have one complaint. I wish I hadn’t used all my cash on taxis because they deserved well more than than $20 usd dollars I tipped. They both were really amazing! Oh and the food they serve is really good also guys, the tacos and chicken pizza are delicious! If you have the time because it really is 12 hours due to traveling, I’d say do it. For me and I can assure everyone on that bus this trip was absolutely great

Many stations, but well organized - Every single stop on the tour would have been worth a day trip of its own, but most just don’t have that much time. I would have liked to have had more time with longer guide in Chitzen Itza, but that is currently only available as private tours, and this trip was a good and inexpensive alternative.
We were provided with enough drinks throughout the day, in Chitzen Itza umbrellas were also distributed, since shade is relatively rare. The lunch buffet was delicious, the crew all very friendly and dedicated. We were only 2 in the group who could not speak Spanish, in Chitzen Itza we got our own guide for us

Book at your own risk! They leave people behind. :/ - Book at your own risk. I personally saw around 20 people get left behind because there weren’t enough bus seats. This was during high season, but the tour should never have been oversold.
Visiting two cenotes and Chichén Itzá in one day was simply too much. Every activity was rushed. We were given about an hour at each stop, but that time included getting off the bus, changing, and picking up a life jacket, etc., leaving barely 20 minutes to actually enjoy the experience.
I really wish I had chosen a different tour.

Unsafe trip - I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent tour experience. The itinerary was highly unsatisfactory, as there was no English-speaking guide provided throughout the trip. We were accommodated in an extremely cramped vehicle—a modified car where passengers were seated in the rear trunk area. The driver maintained excessively high speeds, which felt very unsafe.
Upon arrival at each destination, we were simply dropped off without any guidance or assistance, leaving us to find our own way. Around 2 PM, we were taken to a remote village for lunch. The dining environment was highly unhygienic, comparable to a garbage disposal site. We ate outdoors in an area surrounded by countless flies, located uncomfortably close to the restroom facilities.
Furthermore, the Spanish-speaking guide strongly encouraged us to purchase souvenirs from the village before allowing us to have our meal. Having arrived at the village at 2 PM, we were obliged to spend an hour selecting souvenirs before finally being able to eat. This lunch experience remains truly unforgettable for all the wrong reasons and, unfortunately, resulted in me contracting dysentery.

TERRIBLE experience, don’t book - Worst ever experience! If I can give negative star I will not hesitate! The seat assignment was not reasonable and me and my friend were forced to separate with each other for no reason. WORST PART! We have to remain separated the entire time just because we were not boarding earlier, which we have no control over. The line at the operation center was chaos, people who take the payment don’t speak English so we have to wait for someone to translate before we can pay. Therefore the delay, and we were not given a time to board, everything is throwing in the dark. The assigned seat “policy” was not announced in the tour EITHER! I almost feel like it’s racism. In the Cenote? People we were there before us are allowed to take pictures no less than 1 minute, for us? Only 30 seconds at most!
