Great way to see many beautiful sites! - Our guide, Alan, was friendly and knowledgable. It is a full day of activities, history and nature. We speak english and Alan provided terrific language translation making it easy to enjoy all the experiences. The dinner stop and shopping opportunity great extras!

Review - 13 hour day but good visits. 5 different stops. Chichen itza was interesting and warm! If you can avoid being stuck with a tour guide at the ruins id recommend it!

- We spent a lot of time searching for the perfect Chichen Itza tour, and we’re so glad we found this one! Most tours only include one cenote, but this one took us to two absolutely stunning cenotes — Cenote Suytun and Ik Kil near Valladolid — a rare combo that very few tours offer. It was truly a dream come true! The experience was amazing from start to finish. We had enough time to explore both cenotes, walk around the beautiful town of Valladolid, and of course, visit the impressive ruins of Chichen Itza. Our guide, Guillermo, was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history and culture of the region. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. If you're looking for something unique and unforgettable, don’t miss this experience!

Good experience - Very nice excursion, well-planned times, stop in Valladolid (just a square), cenotes Suytun and It Kil (both spectacular), lunch at a hacienda with an open buffet (you eat well and they put on a small dance show), Chichen Itza with a two-hour stop, one hour with a very interesting explanation by the guide "Foca" (very good treatment and offered fresh water at various times).

the cenotes my favorite part of the tour - i wanted to visit chichen itza and try to visit many cenotes in the zone, but i did not want to drive myself, i found this tour with 2 amazing cenotes included in the rate, there is a fee for the preservation of the zones but even with this this tour was fantastic, the two cenotes are impressives, and chichen itza is an amazing place, this tour could not be better

Very interesting - Positive: it really is the only tour I found that takes 2 cenotes, despite being well run, good lunch (only a glass of juice), good bus, as for the places without comments, are wonderful, despite staying in Valladolid only half an hour, we did not leave the central square, I would like to have known more ....Negative: until the 17h of the previous day the agency had not contacted us, we had to call to know the schedule and if they were to pick us up at the hotel, in addition to the cost of the tour, we were charged 900 pesos per person in cash (currency) on the bus, being that the value of the entrance in Chichenza Itchenza is 648,00 pesos and we had to give the guide a fee...

We had booked with pickup... - We had booked with pickup from our hotel..4pm the day before. They changed that..so we would have to walk 50 minutes..in the dark in a strange country. I see by the reviews its not the first time!!!

Shxtty operator - We were told just one day before the trip that we’d need to walk 15 minutes before sunrise to a meeting point—something that wasn’t mentioned at booking. Due to safety concerns, we had to cancel, but the operator still refused a refund. If hotel access isn’t available, it should be clearly stated upfront. We’ll be pursuing all options to get our money back.

Warning! - We were redirected during our excursion to a different travel agency and asked to pay an additional 1,100 MXN (about 1078.79 USD total for 17 people, including an 8% fee) for a Mayan Village tour that, in the end, we did not take. suddenly the operator claimed that it is a donation to support the local communities. Imagine giving $1078.79USD in total just for donation. This agency tour is a rigged and scam.
