The best tour - Chichen Itza personally impresses a lot, but what we liked the most was that the guide made it easy to understand and entertain, with stories and details that make you enjoy the place really, not just go take pictures and already. He felt well carried and without chaos. Cenotes were just what we needed. Suytun is beautiful and has a very special vibe, and in Ik Kil yes or yes you want to get in the water because it feels amazing. The buffet fell perfect to recover energy and continue the day in good spirits. We ended up tired, but of that beautiful tiredness of having taken advantage of a lot and having lived a complete experience.

Pickup at 6:50am and the... - Pickup at 6:50am and the driver arrived in time. Once we were on the bus, we were told to be drop off at a meeting point to continue with our tour. Visited Suytun Cenote, visitors who wished to go onto the platform to take pictures has to shower (neck down) to wash off any sunscreen and mosquitoes repellent. Stayed an hour and we head off to Mayan community to see Cocoa and buffet lunch. We headed to Chichen Itza after lunch and has an English guided tour, very well explained the history and have enough time to go around taking pictures. After Chichen Itza we went to Ikkil Cenote where visitors can spend some time and swim around. Stairs for both Cenote are quite steep and slippery, need to be extra cautious. We end the trip visited an old town - Valladolid. We were dropped off back at the hotel at around 9pm. It’s more than 12hrs. Very tiring day.

The Best way to explore Yucatán - This tour is the best way to explore Yucatán in one day. Comfortable transportation, friendly guides, and stunning locations. Chichen Itza is a must-see, and the cenotes are absolutely beautiful. A great mix of history, adventure, and relaxation.

Perfect combination of history, food and scenery - We spent a full day full of amazing moments. Chichen Itza is majestic, the cenote was refreshing and very pretty, and Valladolid loved it for its colonial charm. The food was delicious, especially the typical dishes. Everything was very well organized.

Romantic and Different! - We went as a couple and it was a very special getaway. Swimming together in that natural environment, away from the noise, was just perfect. In addition, we were able to take amazing photos of the Area in Ruins. If you are looking for something different, intimate and magical... this tour is ideal.

Not for English speakers - We were a group that filled a whole tour bus, where 90% where Spanish speaking people. Even though we chose English guide, we almost didn't get any explanation in English. At the start of the tour, after picking up everyone we got a short 10 min rough and quick explanation of Chichén Itza in the back of the bus. Meanwhile, there were Spanish explanations on the speaker that lastet almost an hour between every stop on the tour. At one stop they gave out small notes to everyone except the English speaking people. We had to ask several times what it was the others were getting before they bothered to explain that it was to fill in your birth details for a horoscope reading, it was optional and cost money. Even though optional, would have been appreciated to even have the option. The itinerary was also changed, for the worse. We went to suytun cenote first, then had lunch stop at a "mayan community" which was just a tourist trap where we were forced to be in their multiple shops for ages before getting a low quality buffet. When we finally got to Chichén Itza it was the middle of the day, and also the hottest time of the day. Then we went to the last cenote, valladolid and back home. The tour took over 14 hours, pick up at 7 and returned 21.30. If we had skippes the mayan community we could've saved 3 hours. We're giving 2 stars and not 1 because the cenotes were cool, and we actually got another official English guide on site at Chichén Itza, although only for 30 min - but he was great and we learned much more than what we did the rest of the day. So, do not book this if you're English speaking and don't want to be treated like a second-rank tourist all day.

Avoid this tour - Extremely messy and unreasonable schedule: We were the few of the first to be picked up in early morning and sent back the last and not to the hotel!!!!!!!! 750am hotel pick-up in Playa de Carmen. 8am transferred to the big coach bus. 820am started to pick up other customers. 950am picked up the last group in Tulum and by then the tour officially started. Only 1 hour in cenote Suytun (long queue for photo taking, definitely not enough time to enjoy). Only 1 hour in Chichen Itza for people who chose to visit cenote Ik Kil, guided English tour took 50 mins (though the guide is really good). 6pm reached Valladolid, no time for dinner, don't see the point to even visit here. 630pm left Valladolid. And you thought they would send people back to PDC first? NO!!! Not in Mexico!!! They sent people back to Tulum first!!! 9pm reached tulum and started to drop off people. 10pm reached PDC. Out of 14 hours, almost 3 hours were wasted in picking up and sending people back who were picked up much later than us!!!!! Totally ruined Christmas eve!!!!! We would have finished the trip by 6 or 7pm rather than 10pm!!!! Hire a private van or rent a car!!!! Don't waste money and time on this!!!!!
