The true test of a company is how they handle a crisis, and Blue Caribe blew us away. We actually lost our passports during the trip, and the team went completely out of their way to return them to us with zero hassle. Their honesty and helpfulness turned a potential nightmare into a minor hiccup. We are so grateful!

A huge shoutout to our guide, Joanna. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Mexico and the Chichén Itzá ruins. She didn't just rattle off facts; she made the ancient Mayan culture come alive with her storytelling. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does. When the tour stops in the beautiful colonial town of Valladolid, you definitely have to try the ice cream shop in the square. It is the perfect treat to cap off the afternoon! I highly recommend this tour for history buffs and basically everyone else! Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, Blue Caribe will take excellent care of you.

Ray is a great guide.... - Ray's a great guide. He gives a lot of information and he is really friendly. The excursion is interesting. It's been a long time since I've had such an entertaining visit. I recommend it. Punctual, comfort in bus and delicious food.

Highly recommended! - Yolanda is a superstar! Great transportation, great tour of the ruins, great tour of Valladolid and great Cenote! Phenomenal lunch with local traditional food.
What I truly enjoyed is how your company promotes and encourages us (the visitors) to contribute to the locals through out the region.
Can't wait to go back with my children!

Fantastic experience - The tour also included bathing and lunch in a nearby cenote and visit of Valladolid, what about experiences that leaves you breathless both for all there is to see and for the particularities that our guide Lorenzo (EXCEPTIONAL) pointed out in the site... not spoiler.
To eat in a typical Mayan Hacienda really good and quaint and then visit the charming city of Valladolid x gadgets and other gifts.

Such a Great Company! Private & Group Tours Big Thank You to Yolanda! - Chichen Itza, Valladolid, and Cenote Private Tour Review: A Flawless Family Adventure in Riviera Maya!
Our private tour to Chichen Itza, Valladolid, and a cenote was an absolute triumph, and if you’re in Riviera Maya, don’t hesitate to book this tour—and ask for Yolanda! She was our guide for both this tour and Tulum, and she’s hands-down the best tour guide we’ve ever had. With an early 6:30 AM start, we beat the crowds and heat, making the day perfect for our party of eight, including our cheeky 3-year-old and inquisitive 10-year-old. Yolanda’s incredible knowledge, punctuality, and caring nature shone through, tailoring the pace to our family and keeping the kids engaged with fascinating facts that sparked our 10-year-old’s curiosity.
Chichen Itza was breathtaking, with Yolanda bringing the Mayan ruins, like the Kukulcan Pyramid, to life with captivating stories. The cenote was pure magic—crystal-clear waters that had both kids thrilled (life jackets ensured safety!). Lunch was a highlight, with delicious Yucatecan dishes that even our picky 3-year-old loved. Valladolid’s colorful colonial town was so charming, and the tequila tasting was a hit—the tequila was so good we bought a bottle!
We also did a small-group turtle swim with this company, and our guide there was equally fantastic, making every moment fun and memorable. We can’t fault this company one bit—every detail was seamless, from the comfortable, air-conditioned van to the flawless itinerary. Yolanda and our driver went above and beyond, earning a well-deserved generous tip. This tour was a bucket-list experience for our family, and we’ll 100% book with them again. For families with a lively 3-year-old and a curious 10-year-old, this private tour (and their turtle swim!) is an absolute must. Don’t miss it, and definitely request Yolanda for an unforgettable Riviera Maya adventure!

Beautiful hike in the yukatan - I went hiking with the BlueCaribe team, all very good, both Chichen ITZA and also Tulum and swimming with turtles in Akumal, impeccable organization and all three times we went swimming in the cenotes, super recommended, thanks Nicolò for the support

Disappointing end excursion - Opinions on the visit of Chichén Itzá and Valladolid
Chichén Itzá’s visit went very well: the site is beautiful, well organized, and the guide Ray explained very well.
But the end of the day was a big disappointment. After the visit, we were taken to Valladolid, in a tequila shop, presented as a cultural stopover to discover local products.
On the spot, the price of tequila seemed fair for what were supposedly exceptional products, so several people in the group, including me, bought some, as well as vanilla and honey liqueurs.
But then, on the bus, we looked at the prices of these same products in normal shops... and discovered that we had paid three to four times more than the real price!
I then contacted the agency to report this situation, but received no response.
It’s a shame, because Chichén Itzá’s visit was superb. Unfortunately, this commercial stopover in Valladolid gives the impression of an organized scam that tarnishes a beautiful day.

Dismal experience by means of transport. - Lousy experience!! By means of transport, an old van in which there was no space between the seats, for a two-hour tour!! Which made the trip super awkward. I put two points for the guide. They should keep in mind that the guide can be good but if you travel super uncomfortable you are unwilling.
