Perfect day - He was incredible!! The tour guide was super knowledgeable and kind. The food was so good, too. The restaurant was excellent! I’d recommend over and over.

Excellent day out at Chichen! - My wife and I have always wanted to visit Chichen itza so this trip was a must do for us. After reading some reviews of group tours taking all day to pick up at each hotel, we opted for a private tour.
It felt worth the money. We arrived well before the crowds and had a much more personal experience with our guide Heriberto. He was very kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the history. We had a good few laughs and a great day.
While not the main reason for booking, the cenote was a great refresher and the meal was very good too!

Great day trip to Chichén Itza - We had a great time on this trip. Irving was very knowledgeable about Mayan history and culture. The cenote swim was great and lunch was excellent. You will not be disappointed, highly recommend.

Fantastic Adventure to Chichén Itzá and Oxman Cenote with Lunch - Our private tour to Chichén Itzá and Oxman Cenote was a fantastic adventure. We were picked up from our hotel lobby in Heriberto’s luxurious SUV, and he introduced himself and explained the day’s itinerary. The drive to Chichén Itzá was long but comfortable, and we arrived just before opening, allowing us to explore the site before the crowds. We were given clear explanations and stories about the history of the archaeological site. After a couple of hours, we headed to the Oxman Cenote, arriving again before the crowds. This exclusivity made it feel like a private experience. We cooled off and swam for an hour before heading to Valladolid for lunch. We were treated to a large, inclusive lunch, with drinks and desserts reasonably priced. We also visited some souvenir shops before heading home. Heriberto was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the trip, making everything easy and hassle-free. I highly recommend Heriberto and My Quest Concierge for a great value private trip to Chichén Itzá.

Amazing tour with Heriberto! - My brother and I did a private tour of Chichen Itza, Ek Balam and lunch in Valladolid. It was an amazing day 6:30am - 6:30pm. Nothing was too much for Heriberto and what I call his “magic bag of tricks”! He was really knowledgable, polite and attentive. The perfect day, thank you!

The best excursion…a must do! - We decided to book this tour as an excursion during our honeymoon. What a great decision that was, we have enjoyed the whole experience. Chichen Itza was incredible and the swim in the cenote felt like the really cherry on top. The lunch included was exceptional also. Our fantastic tour guide Irving really did make the trip the best, meeting our every need, full of lots of helpful information and informed us so much regarding the history of this incredible place! We absolutely loved this tour!

Best Day in Chichen Itza! - A perfect day at Chichen Itza! Irving picked us up right on time (6:30 AM! 🫣) in a black GMC Acadia. This was perfect for the two of us on a private tour. My husband is a history nerd and we both loved the insight and knowledge that Irving provided on the construction and usage of the Chichen Itza area. It was obvious that he has an appreciation of the Mayan culture.
Next we were off to the Cenote San Lorenzo Oxman. Inland the cenotes are much deeper into the surface than near the coastal cities! This is a great addition to the tour even if you’ve been to many other cenotes.
Finally we had lunch at a local restaurant in Valladolid. This company is a regular there with their lunch guests and you receive wonderful service and delusions local food. Five stars! I’d recommend this and would do exactly the same tour with our children on a future trip.
