Fun, informative and amazing!! - Samuel was a wonderful guide. Full of knowledge and humor. This excursion is very long (full day) but truly amazing. Willy is a great bus driver and I felt safe the entire time!

1st class door to door service. Highly recommend. - Excellent day excursions with Alex and his team. Very clean, practices all COVID guidelines and makes the day full of fun and learning. As a family we loved it. Wish we felt comfortable to swim and go into the senato (Sink Hole). As a family we are not water savvy. Visit to the historic site, education along the way, large tour bud every thing was best in class. I go overseas in religious tours with groups. It was very much that quality if service.

Loved this tour. Was a bit worried... -
Loved this tour. Was a bit worried about how busy it would be at Chichen Itza but we were actually there as the crowds were leaving so it wasn't too bad. Guide was very knowledgeable and the bus was comfortable.

Good - The event and activities were mostly good, however, the only thing I didn't like was the delay of the pickup time. Other than that, I would recommend this company

A bit misleading - The ruins are amazing and the guide was super knowledgeable. Overall we really enjoyed the tour however if you have children it’s a long day. Also the breakfast provided is a sandwich, juice box and apple so if you have picky eaters bring snacks or food because you don’t get food until lunch. Also they stop at a Mayan village which is neat however you are pressured to purchase overpriced touristy souvenirs. The all inclusive package is not totally all inclusive and only includes water and soft drinks outside of when you stop at the Mayan village and the cenote, they try and “upgrade” you on the bus for additional money. Also the cenote is not the one listed you are taken to an off the beaten path one which is amazing and not crowded however the lifejackets which are mandatory and lockers are not $1 usd as mentioned and more like $6. Also the third stop El Castillo which is listed as a separate stop with an included ticket is actually just chichen itza and should not be listed as a separate stop with entry ticket. The description of the tour is a little misleading. Also at the end they walk up the aisle of the bus to every person asking for a tip before pulling into the first hotel for drop off. Would do the stops again but maybe with a different tour company
