Was beautiful trip
Buen servicio, transporte cómodo, excelente guía y muy bien coordinado. Felicitaciones!
We had a great day out to Chchen Itza. We got picked up around 6am from our hotel in Riviera Maya (Royalton) by a small mini bus. We then met a larger coach at a service station around 15minute drive away. That's where we met Marco, our tour guide. The bus journey from there was a couple of hours but Marco gave us lots of information about the Mayan culture on the way there which was really interesting. The journey flew by. We got to Chichen Itza around 9, before the crowds. Chichen Itza was amazing and Marco has so much knowledge, it was truly fascinating. We were back at our hotel before 3. Brilliant trip, I would definitely recommend! Thank you Amigo Tours.
Wonderful experience, very friendly guides (Frank and Mario). Mario was extremely knowledgeable. Also really liked that I was picked up early and back at my Hotel at 2pm as I did have some time restrictions on my side. Will definitely recommend Amigo Tours!!
Our guide was Frank and our driver was Jacinto, very sociable and knowledgeable. Frank was very informative during the whole tour which means I learned so much about the Mayan culture. I would recommend to anyone to take the early morning tour it is so worth it.
Great experience. Very informative. You have to be up very early but it's worth it. We were the first tour there and by the time the major crowds arrived, we were leaving. The tour guide was excellent.
It was good well planned tour with no stops at tourist traps like shops or restaurants. However, I wish that more time was spent by the guide in explaining all the monuments in the complex including the ones a little far away from the main temple like the observatory.

I joined the tour on 29 Feb and it's great. The guide is knowledgeable. The early access is really a good idea to avoid the crowds and waking up at 5am is definitely worthy!
This was the most interesting and informative tour I've ever been on! Frank is great and everything he told us about the Mayan civilization and traditions was fascinating. I've been to several tours that loose steam and get boring, but not here. Frank kept our interest for 2 hours. Walking around Mayan temples without someone like Frank would not be half as interesting. He knew the history and what every little detail meant. The acoustics on the temples for example. I can't praise him enough! I was really happy to find this your because it leaves early and gets you back to you hotel at 3pm. This way you avoid the crowds and the heat and trust me at 12 when we were leaving it was already not that pleasant. I don't know how you can enjoy the tour in that heat. The only criticism I do have is the pick up arrangement. This may be just something that happened to us, however. We were told to be in the hotel lobby at 5:10am and they came to get us at 5:55am! We were really annoyed! To get up so early and wait around - I thought it was really inconsiderate. But the tour went so well afterwards that I forgave them and maybe it was a scheduling mishap. The man who picked us up seemed to be picking people up from various tours and then dropping them off at the real buses. He did not apologize or anything when I expressed my surpriseat him being so late. He just shrugged his shoulders! Again, this wasn't Frank but I would expect Amigo tours to work with someone more professional and maybe this review will help with that. But overall, the tour was wonderful!
El Tour muy bien, el Guia y buen Chofer, la información proporcionada muy acertada aunque reconozco que no fue muy puntal el Pick up en el Hotel, altamente recomendable
