Rice is the cornerstone of so many great dishes from around the world. There are more than 40,000 varieties of the noble grass cultivated in the world. Every cook can benefit by having basic knowledge of common rice varieties and how their properties effect how they are used in the kitchen.
Join us for a hands on experience using a variety of rice types in some awesome gluten free dishes that you will want in your repertoire.
We will cover jasmine, basmati, bomba, arborio, converted, brown, Japanese short grain and calrose rices
All the dishes you will make are gluten free, however this is not a vegetarian menu.

Your registration is a commitment to attend the class. Class fees are non-refundable. Any changes must be made at least seven days prior to the class for a transfer to another class. If you are unable to meet the cancellation deadline, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. All classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling by Cooking Fools.
