The staff was great. However, going from wine too hard liquor at the distillery did not seem like a great idea or fit well with the wine tour. The food and the service there was not good. The sandwiches were cold and extremely dry. The fries were cold. We were told this was going to be a gourmet lunch and the food of a very poor quality.

This tour felt very very rushed. I think it would have been hugely beneficial to just visit two wineries with the lunch break in the middle so we would have had time to actually taste wines rather than just shooting them and then being rushed out the door. I understand that the ticketing system also had some issues outside of WCTC's control, but it was poorly communicated and communications were often directed to the wrong people. Overall, it was a long day of a lot of sitting on a bus with a couple of stops, but I definitely do not feel the trip was worth the cost.

I was not pleased with our 2nd wine tour at Baroda. The staff as well as the atmosphere was not very pleasant and the wine was not very good. Shady Creek was a lot of fun, the employees were great and the wine was good.
