Chicago from a bird's eye view - I thought when I arrived that I was going to be guided on the tour, but they told me at the office that I was not. I was surprised because when purchasing the ticket, one of the options was a guided visit.

Excellent experience - Not just a ride up elevator and some views it’s a whole experience. There is a museum with history of Chicago and information on architecture. The deck has nice views.

Great views from the... - Great views from the floor with the ledge but the ledge itself is not for the faint of heart! Was a little nervous being on the ledge but definitely worth it

Willis Tower sky deck. - We went at night to see the skyline light up. The city was beautiful only downside was the glare of the glass in photos during night. Minor negative on otherwise great experience.

Juice Not Worth the Squeeze - It is expensive and you only get 90 seconds in the window. You can get back in line but the line is longer to wait in than the time in the window. There are other windows to look out and take photos but not to stand on and look down. Overall fun but not worth $49 a person. Also if you want to get expedited through line that is an extra cost. I recommend only go very early to avoid lines. Parking is also atrocious.

Willis Tower (Sears in my heart) - The view is of course amazing. It’s the best way to view the city. However, it’s just a quick visit. Unless you REALLY try, it’s maybe a 20min walk at the skydeck. Worth it? I guess if you’ve never been. It’s not cheap, which makes multiple visits questionable.
