1. Clients must provide the exact pick-up address, not just the name of the hotel, residence, or office.
2. Clients must ensure their phone is turned on at the time of pick-up.
3. Clients should consider traffic when scheduling pick-up times and aim to arrive at the airport 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
4. Clients must provide an email address.
5. Clients will receive a text with the car make and license plate number 1-2 hours before pick-up. Another text will be sent when the chauffeur arrives.
6. Clients have a 10-minute waiting period for non-airport pick-ups and a 60-minute period for airport pick-ups. After this, additional charges will apply. If there is no contact during the waiting period, the chauffeur will leave, and the client will be charged 100%. Proof of call, text, or GPS logs will be provided.
7. If more time is needed and communicated during the waiting period, the chauffeur will wait as long as necessary, but extra waiting charges will apply and must be paid to the chauffeur.
8. Sedans can accommodate 2 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags, while SUVs can hold up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-on bags. Excessive luggage is not allowed in the seating area, so choose the vehicle type carefully. Oversized luggage such as golf clubs, bikes, weapons, and sports equipment is restricted. Please contact us before traveling to adjust or upgrade your vehicle.
9. Child seats are not provided by the local supplier but are required and are the responsibility of parents or guardians.
10. We reserve the right to cancel rides if any of the above requirements are not met.
