Not a tourist - A bit of stair climbing, walking, and standing for several minutes before the true experience. I would do it again!

Nice experience - We took a trip to downtown Chicago and decided to book this experience. Book ahead because availability goes fast. We had a large group and ended up booking at a later time due to the next availability. It was my family's first time with the experience. My second. It was a nice little thrill. Definitely a 1 and done type of experience.

An absolute must for anyone visiting Chicago. A reminder to those who live there what makes it great. - Air and Water Show. Cubs at Wrigley. Obama Presidential Museum. Walking the lake front on a beautiful day. Sampling amazing food from local restaurants. These are all "must do" activities for anyone visiting or living in Chicago. Add Flyover to that list. Simply a wonderful experience.

Overcharged - Terrible customer service ! Arrived six minutes late and had to pay $6.72 twice for the next show had an issue in the parking garage

Never again in either life! - Flight was delayed.. we(my family didn't arrive until after.i reaching out and was told it's outta their hand no refund nothing... I only asked can we reschedule for the next day with was the 18 and was told NO AGAIN MONEY LOST I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE IF YOU ON A PLANE AND HAVE A LAYOVER
