Our guide was very informative, and he seemed like he loved telling all about the stories.
Please add the kind of crimes any and all metropolitan areas have to deal with in relationship to other areas from where yoru guest come. For some of us who are visiting from areas where English is a second language it would be helpful if the speed of delivery could be slowed a little. The open air tour and overview was a great idea but at times due to ambient noise it was difficult to hear. Our guide was excellent.
Shannon was awesome, very fun afternoon
Anna our guide was well informed. She knows how to tell the stories and keep us interested.

The tour was informative and our tour guide was great! I wish there had been more opportunities to get off of the bus, but many of the historical sites are no longer in existence.
Tour guide, Ana, was awesome!
We were quite disappointed that we were unable to see H.H. Holmes' Murder Castle location. Mike, the tour guide, was exquisite and very funny. The poor kid had several older women leave during the tour, but I presumed they were pretty wasted and definitely needed to go-go.
Loved the tour, the presentation and content. The bus was tooo tight - Seats too tight
The tour was very cool and a great way to see the city if you haven't been before. The tour guide was so informative and it was so nice to watch and listen to him because he seemed passionate about it. The tour was very interesting and I'm so glad I decided to go.
Well organized and enthusiastic tour guide who gave a lot of personal accounts of his impression of the mobsters as he grew up in Chicago. Stanley was our guide.
I am learning english. It was important this types of contact with american history. Next year I hope understand all things. But , speaker was very creative to explain the tour.
Really enjoyed the chicago crime tour! Very interesting!
Very enjoyable commentary. Would have liked a little more on the 'Al Capone' days but could not fault it otherwise. Also nice comfortable coach.
The times available were very convenient for our guest visiting from Ireland. Our tour guide was GREAT! As well as the driver through all of the Chicago traffic. The bus was VERY comfortable.
Ben was a great tour guide. He was very informative as well as funny. The sites were interesting.
Stan was incredible. He had that much knowledge and i learnt so much
Expected a little more material. The ride was a bit jerky.
It was a lot of fun learning about the city through its crime history, plus seeing most of it and getting to stop at some of the old sites was a fascinating bonus. Shannon, our host, was amusing and nice, very thorough and good at pacing the story.
I really enjoyed the tour. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because our tour guide seemed so excited about his job it seemed he had so much information that it mixed together, and it was hard to follow what he was talking about. It would be cool to have toured the museum instead of the sports bar. Thanks for the fun experience.
Enjoyed the whole tour.
Our guide did a great job explaining events and was very interesting and fun
Wonderful tour guide. She was funny, witty and charming. Love the tour.
