Ursula was a great tour guide! Fun time!!
What a fun tour ! It was great having Ursula as the guide she is so knowledgeable- she knows her stuff! I have been on many ghost tours across the US because this is what I love. Ursula is not just telling ghost stories though she really has done the research and interviews to make this tour super exciting .... hands down the best ghost tour I have been on!
very interesting stories, Ursula was very knowledgeable about these hauntings. Really catered to the customers with a great bus and a snack between the last few stops. Would take another tour!
Had a blast! Thanks, Ursula!
My mom, husband and I all immensely enjoyed the tour. Ursula is a wonderful historian and her love and knowledge of all things Chicago comes through from the very first moment. When you're lucky enough to have your tour led by the very person who created the experience and literally wrote the book on it, you know you're in for a treat. I have highly recommended all Chicago Hauntings tours to friends and family and look forward to my next one.
Ursula has so much knowledge and passion, it was a pleasure to listen to her. I will definitely book another ghost tour with her!
I think Ursula was very knowledgeable and she kept our attention. Everyone was polite and respectful of everyone on the bus. I have lived in the Chicago land area all my life and I didn't know about Willow Springs and all its history, I loved that. I wish we could have left the bus by the Willow brook ball room though and the cemetery. That would have been the icing.
Interesting historical facts. Great value. Friendly tour guide and driver. Comfortable bus.
The entire tour was conducted on a bus. There were no haunted locations, I.e. cemeteries, houses, etc. It was okay but I expected a more haunting experience.
I thought I knew all about Resurrection Mary until I went on this tour. I was a wrong :-) Ursula gets into the entire history with stories I have never found anywhere else all the while making it entertaining. The information regarding haunted Archer avenue blew me away. The stops were great, Chet's Melody Lounge was fantastic, and the bus ride was clean and comfortable. I couldn't believe the 4 hours went so quickly. Money well spend in my opinion.
Super fun and informative tour! Ursula is knowledgeable, charming and hospitable. My friends and I had a marvelous time!
Ursula is such a great historian and story teller. She and Wally Dworak shared some great haunted lore with us all along Archer Road. And, Haunted Gary......wow! The tour bus was very comfortable and we went to several interesting places. We met some cool and interesting people on the tour and shared some great conversation. I'm sure that everyone on the tour had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!
Need to specify exactly where all tours leave from. Also--tour times differ when you press "book now"--otherwise Ursula very knowledgeable.
Well, as I said in my personal email to you on Sunday evening....I was only disappointed with Wally and his foul language and drinking. His input was not always significant to what the tour was about. Do we care about his conceal carry licensing, his jewelry making, etc?Do we want to hear him being loud and body ( and drinking ) in the cemetery that we just were told to be respectful ourselves? I wish he didn't use your tour as a platform to talk about himself. Your thirty years of experience came thru very well and very authentically! After we stopped at the Irish pub to pick up his buddy, it kinda went downhill. He was drinking one beer after another, shots at Chet's more beer on the bus.... It kinda was a turn off. I am sorry, I know he is your friend but it his behavior took the shine off your event. I hope my opinion isn't going to upset you, I just thought you should know how my husband and I felt. I would certainly want to promote your tours to others and attend other story telling events.... I just hope for myself, I wouldn't cross paths with Wally again. The sad thing, I am interested in conceal carry licensing, but watching him thru the afternoon, I decided not ask for his card. Thank you for the great tour..... Thank you for your open honest reveal of your ghost findings. Thank you, Mary
