My daughter can't wait to go back.

My daughter had a lot of fun and my husband thought the teacher was very enthusiastic. My only "complaint" is that the kids only made one batch of cupcakes and didn't even frost them. In 1.5 hours I would expect them to do a lot more. My son does a cooking class in Newton and they bake one item and cook one item in a one hour class. They also bring home a lot more than just two cupcakes.

Hi the reason I chose this rating is that the girls had fun but it was not what they expected. Looking at the description the class for teens said you would be baking from scratch. They were interested in learning to bake things this was more a decorating class where the cupcakes were made and they frosted them and dipped the cake balls. The description was a bit misleading what the class would include. It was fun, however, they thought they would actually be baking.

Class was great. Girls had a really nice time and the treats were delicious. She actually made her own frosting a couple of days later and put lime in it as was suggested during the class. YUM. Only thing we were disappointed about was the we had paid extra for an Apron and were really looking forward to her having one to use here at home, but nobody could seem to locate one in the store.

All of the girls had fun and were entertained the full 90 minutes. The cupcakes were cute and they had a great variety of frostings and toppings to choose from so everyone was happy. I also appreciated they made cupcakes and frostings special for a friend who has allergies.
