History brought to life. - Taking this tour was very worthwhile. It provided an opportunity to see in person a strip of land that embodies the real impact of armed conflict on a country. Our guide did an excellent job of explaining the chronology that led to the current conditions. He also painted a vivid picture of the human impact and costs of the separation of the two populations

SJ the goat - Very fun tour, crazy story telling that most of the world is unfamiliar with. SJ has a unique blend of historical book knowledge, first hand accounts, and passion to create a full picture. SJ struck a strong line between humor and reality

Perfect Half Day at the DMZ - This is a wonderful half day tour. Leo with PLK Travel is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Our 11-year-old son was fascinated by the history and the stories from the past and that’s in large part due to the way Leo draws people in and makes us want to learn more. I’d recommend this tour to anyone.

Leo rocks at PLK DMV! - Leo exhibited a fantastic set of group leadership skills on the DMV tour. He kept us engaged throughout with his humor, knowledge of Korean history, and experience as a Special Forces officer. He even narrated a slide show on the drive from Seoul to the DMV. Notably, he kept us on schedule.
After the tour concluded, he really wowed my wife and me with a personal favor. When I asked him how we could secure a taxi, he did it for me! Leo then stayed to make sure we got into the car safely and that the driver had confirmed our destination.
Leo does it all — with a smile.
Both PLK and anyone on the DMV tour is lucky to have him.

Fascinating and informative - This was a fabulous trip JASON was truly excellent- very informative and very Kind. He provided fascinating insight into South Korea both in respect of its past and now. Being a front line senior military Officer he was able to give us first hand information as to the relations between north and South . Not to be missed!

Informative. Unique. Once in a life time. Perspective. - Eddie was very educated on Korean History. He was sharp and he knew how to answer each question appropriately. His experience in the military gives you a first hand perspective of life at the DMZ.
