Chengdu Station - Your chauffeur will greet you at your hotel in Chengdu at 6:00 a.m. and escort you to Chengdu East Railway Station for your 7:36 a.m. train departure to Xi’an in Shanxi province. Assistance with obtaining your train ticket will be provided by your driver.

Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - Upon your arrival, a local guide and driver will be waiting to collect you from the Xi’an train station. You’ll be driven into the city for a delightful local lunch. Post-lunch, you’ll explore the Xi’an City Wall. Your guide will accompany you as you spend time atop this ancient structure, which stands as one of the oldest and most intact city walls in China. Cycling along the wall is an enjoyable option (at your discretion).

Xi’an Bell Tower - Next, you’ll proceed to the Xi’an Bell Tower, situated at the heart of Xi’an and constructed in 1384 during the Ming Dynasty’s early years. It’s a prominent symbol of Xi’an and among the most impressive bell towers in China, boasting the title of the largest and best-preserved of its kind from ancient times.

Drum Tower (Gulou) - A short distance northwest from the Bell Tower, across the Bell and Drum Tower Square, stands the Drum Tower. Together with the Bell Tower, it forms an iconic representation of the city. They are often referred to as ‘sibling structures’ or ‘morning bell and dusk drum’.

Muslim Quarter - The tour continues to the Muslim Quarter, situated north of West Street in the city’s heart. This neighborhood spans several blocks and is home to over 20,000 Muslims. Within this area, you’ll find around ten mosques, with the Great Mosque on Huajue Lane being the most renowned and visited. Here, you’re invited to sample some of the local delectable treats.
