The tour guide will convene with you at your accommodations (City Center hotel), from there you will head to a popular local tea house for a cup of tea or coffee, while also learning common Chinese phrases used in tourism. Don’t worry if you have no prior knowledge of Chinese. By the end of this session, you will be confident enough to speak Chinese basics.

We start by learning how to introduce ourselves in Chinese, followed by common Chinese greetings. We then progress to learning how to order food and ask for a taxi among other things. After studying for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, we shall head out for a little stroll!

Next, we will dive into exploring a traditional local spice market and take part in exciting Chinese challenges. This will familiarize you with various Sichuan spices and ingredients commonly used in local cuisine.

To wrap up the day, we will head to a gastronomically delightful local restaurant for dinner, where you’ll put your newly acquired language skills to the test while ordering food (don’t worry, the meal is covered in the package). This will undeniably be an exceptional and enjoyable experience for you!
