• Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - The private tour begins at 8 am with a pick-up from the Chengdu hotel lobby. The first stop is the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda, also known as Panda Base, where the pandas are most active in the morning.

Visitors will enjoy watching the adorable giant pandas eating and playing together at the Panda Base, and view a 20-minute video to gain insights into giant panda research and breeding.

• Leshan Giant Buddha (Da Fo) - After a 2-hour drive, the tour arrives in Leshan, where a delightful lunch at a local restaurant awaits. Guests can discuss with the tour guide to select preferred dishes and savor Sichuan cuisine. The exploration of the Leshan Giant Buddha then begins.

The Giant Buddha, a statue of Maitreya in a seated position, was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage list in 1996. Standing approximately 233 feet tall, the Giant Buddha boasts a symmetrical posture and appearance, beautifully captured in its serene stillness.
